Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Middletown

I placed an online pickup order. It was not ready when it was supposed to be. Only 2 ladies working in the store when we got there (5/3/24, around 3:35pm). We stood there 10 minutes before either of them even greeted or acknowledged us. One lady mentioned she was from another store. When she greeted us she was super rude. I had ordered those new cake bites, but apparently the fryer was down. She was snapping at me saying she couldn’t make them and claimed she called me, I had 0 missed calls or voicemails (they had my correct number on the receipt too). She replaced them with cinnamon sticks. There were less in the box than the cake bites, and they cost less than cake bites, so it was basically a rip off. We waited about 30 minutes for the cinnamon sticks to even be made. Our pizzas got old and dried out since they sat in a heater over an hour. The other old half grey hair lady went out and smoked a cigarette, then came back in making food with no gloves and did not was her hands. The lady from the other store complained about needing to vape before she exploded. The whole experience was horrible. Rude service. Got ripped off. Extreme wait time....

Just got the new Detroit meaty pizza .got small cup pepperoni and regular pepperoni and mushroom.THERE IS NO SMALL CUP PEPPERONI ON HERE AND 2AND A HALF PIECES HAD LITTLE TO NO SAUCE BUT THE LID IN THE BOX GOT SAUCE THE LITTLE WHITE STOPPER IN THE BOX IS ALMOST PUSHED THROUGH THE BOX NO EXCUSE FOR MISSING A TOPPING ITEM AND MAYBE ILL JUST LICK THE BOX FOR MY SAUCE......UPDATE WENT TO USE A CREDIT THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME BY RGM ASHLEY E. AND WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER ASHLEY THAT THERE WAS NO CREDIT IN THE SYSTEM. TO CALL BACK WHEN THE OTHER ASHLEY WAS THERE .THEN WHAT GOOD DOES IT DO TO HAVE A CREDIT YOU CANT USE. WHEN YOU WANNA USE IT.YOU TRULY ARE THE MOST MESSED UP PIZZA place. That I've tried 3 attempts to make work….UPDATE DECIDED TO TRY THE NEW EDGE PIZZA AND IF YOUR A FAN OF A THIN CRUST THIS IS A GOOD ONE I GOT MSHROOMS INSTEAD OF TOMATOES VERY IMPRESSED ID PREFER THIS OVER DONATO PIZZA AND ITS CHEAPER HOPE THEY KEEP IT AROUND SO IM UPDATING MY STAR...

Worst Pizza Hut In the world literally I called and ordered food I waited an hour and 30 mins and the food never came so I called back and asked where was the food she stated that the worker wrote the wrong address and phone number down so they were never coming ... I’m like really I repeated the address phone number and my card number over 2 times Each I even spelled the street address like I don’t get it so the manger melissa said oh well there is nothing I can do for you but you can just place another order and after we deliver all the orders ahead of you we will bring yours and long story short they were rude and didn’t even apologize or offer anything I’ll never order from here again and I’m gonna make sure I get the word out about this...
