Blu Bakery — Restaurant in Middletown

I was in the Middletown neighborhood and I was curious about what was in the downtown area. I found that there was a little bakery called Blu bakery. I decided to pop in. Historically this used to be a bank thanks to the historical marker outside. But now it has been converted into this space. They have options of cupcakes and macarons, and various types of tea. There are other options available too, but it was late in the day so the cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls and mini cheesecakes were sold out. There were great syrup options for coffee and the teas also looked very delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service was nice. I was able to get a funfetti cupcake with a frosted animal cracker and it was moist and delicious. The space is very adorable...

I must of had cake tastings from a dozen places, Blu Bakery by far had the most amazing tasting cake! I also loved using a small local business. Teri and Kristen are so friendly, efficient, and professional! The shop is also adorable and has the best atmosphere.They created the most perfect wedding cake, exactly what I asked for... it was beautiful! I also was able to have half the tiers strawberry and half funfetti and it was the best cake I have ever had!!! Blu Bakery made the cake for our wedding and it was truly amazing!! It perfectly matched our vision for what the cake should look like, but more importantly, was incredibly delicious!!
