I’ve been a little busy so pardon the late review. I was in Middletown Ohio on a business trip back in 2021 and found myself in need of some caffeine (me and my boy partied ‘til like 4AM the night before). I usually go to Starbucks but quickly realized there were none around. My boy’s wife used to work at Dunkin so she knows what’s up. She put in a mobile order and we made our way to this location. Let me tell you, the entrance to this place is ROUGH! If your car has bad suspension, save your money and make coffee at home because you will wreck your ride trying to enter and exit this place. On to the coffees though. We ordered 5 drinks, 1 for me, my boy, his boy (son), his nephew, & his queen. Due to a lack of communication - both on our end and the workers of this location we only left with 4 drinks. They were out of a flavor (it happens!). It wasn’t until we drove back to my boys house that we realized we didn’t get our 5th drink. We hopped in the whipparoni and headed back to Dunkin. It was October so it was brick outside (I’m from Brooklyn, it’s alright). Once we pulled into that treacherous parking lot, I went in to the establishment, which wasn’t too busy inside but that drive thru was a different story! I let the worker know my situation and they let me know what happened and made a different drink for me (some sort of iced coffee). We hopped back in the ride and dipped back to the crib. Read moreI was the only customer at the drive thru at the time. Drive thru girl asked me to repeat my order twice. Seriously? I ordered a large house blend with a shot of espresso and oat milk and the pretzel sliders. The sliders were scorched; not crispy, blackened. I roll them inside and asked for a replacement. She said sure (might as well have said I guess) and did so. I watched her remake them. She had to have known they looked like that when she boxed them. No napkins with original order, no sorry about that. Now, is it all her fault? NO! Another girl walked up from the back - maybe some type of manager and asked her why she was upset. The drive thru girl stated that she was cooking, taking orders, collecting money etc. Sounds like someone else wasn’t helping...

Edit: I just keep lowering my review. From pulling up to the building today to actually getting a single coffee was 30 minutes. We sat at the actual window for 7 minutes. This is for a single coffee at a Dunkin'. It's unacceptable to not be able to get coffee out faster at a literal coffee place in the morning when you're expecting a rush.
I don't know if this is just a standard practice, but the cups are always only filled to like 2 or more inches from the top. I understand some room so it doesn't come out of the lid, but that's a lot of...
