Ezra is amazing. I haven't done hair in a while so I wasn't familiar with most of the products they had. All I knew was what I've learned from watching hair fail videos online. I walked in looking for a hair toner for my daughters yellow head. And was nervous about buying the wrong thing and messing her hair up so bad to where she'd never speak to me again. Lol I left super excited about my purchases and optimistic about the entire process. Thank you so much Ezra. You killed it today. My daughter seems to be excited now too...instead of fearful. UPDATE: EZRA is a doll. She tells you about products with so much confidence, that it makes you want to jump and buy it. Lol im not even sure if it'll work, but I almost don't care because EZRA was such a delight to talk with. Lol

Everytime time I go here it’s always great advice and last night a woman saved my sanity I toned my hair and it’s was a level 10 blonde that turned blue purple and green and I’ve used the toner before with no problems so I called at 7:50 (they closed at 8) and this girl stayed over for me and got the stuff I needed ready for when I got there and now my hair is back to perfect i appreciate Her so much for that and definitely recommend...
