Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middletown

Couldn't possibly express how neglectful they are to taking orders on coffee.. my friends and i used to come every single day and always had our coffee messed up by typically the owner and recieved disgusting looks from him when politely asked for it to be corrected. i mean, you would assume that it's no big deal so what you left something out everyone makes mistakes! yet, he gets so offended as if i hurt his pHd skills in iced coffee making... yikes!

once, a sweet young male employee took my order and forgot something whilst making it.... so, i corrected him, asking nicely if he would put caramel on top and convieniently the manager/owner or whatnot comes out and said "you did no pay for extra".. like, whoa dude you weren't even out here is all i could think but felt intimidated and just told him that i had.. he said NO and even arguing with me that i did not pay for extra of something and i remembered my reciept.. i showed him my reciept and told him AGAIN that i infact did order it... i mean, the ingriedient was in the darn name! "iced CARAMEL coffee" .. i had not realized that would be an issue.... no further complaints. Rest of staff looked on with the knowing and "im sorry" sort of look. They're very sweet and friendly. However, since the full blown rude argument i have not been back since.

quick/simple: Don't buy coffee at this location unless you enjoy being given dirty looks and spoken to in a condescending way if you dare try to...

I don't write reviews, but after going into this Dunkin' today, I felt as though I had to!! My son and I ordered and the young staff was joking around before we entered, which is fine, BUT then it didn't stop!! In fact, their goofing off intensified even more! There was one young man amid the chaos who was trying to do his job and take our order. The remaining staff became so loud that he had to ask them to quiet down so he could hear our order. At one point one of the girl workers, grabbed a munchkin and kicked it as she was saying "let's see if we can hacky sack with a donut". This was going on as I had just finished paying. I then saw them opening sugar packs and throwing the sugar on each other. As another young man was starting to make his way to prepare our food, I looked at my son and said I'm asking for my money back! There was NO WAY we were eating ANY food from there! The original young man who took our order gave me my money back in cash even though I paid with my debit card. To that young man trying to do his job thank you!! To the rest, they should NOT be working anywhere in the FOOD SERVICE industry.......

My husband went in to get coffee and 3 things of snackin bacon. When he came back out he says I should check the bacon. I said why and he said, “Just check it. I doesn’t look right”. So when I open the bag there’s 3 bags with crumply, flimsy, fatty bacon. So I take it back in the store and let the girls at the counter know that I go to a few different locations and that’s not what the snackin bacon looks like nor did it have the maple glaze on it. They ask me if I want it made again and I said yes please. They take the original order out of sight and then hand me a new bag after a minute or two. I go outside in my car and it looks like the exact same order only they threw maple glaze on it. They pretty much gave me their sandwich bacon. I went back in with the order a second time and just asked for my money back. Snackin bacon cost $3 and some change each. I’m not paying almost $10 for fatty sandwich bacon. They don’t know what they’re doing at this location. It was my first time here and I won’t be going back. The coffee wasn’t made that...
