Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

Ordered pizza and bread sticks online. Entire order was a disgusting mess with all of the wrong ingredients. So I call and get called a liar. I go to pick up the "correct order" and as I was rudely given it one of the employees walked by and said "hope u enjoy the spit" so I dumped their diseased saliva pizza on their floor. Then as I'm leaving 3 little tiny teenage kids thought they'd chase me up the sidewalk threatening to kick my car if I left. Long story short, cops came gave me a ticket for disorderly conduct for dropping something I purchased. So I got no food, they didn't give me my 30bucks back that I paid for my food and now I'm gonna get slammed with a petty fine and a court cost. So basically I'm probably gonna end up paying around 300 for food I never got to eat. Papa John's is filthy,disrespectful and have the worse service iv ever...

This was by far the worst pizza experience of my life. My order was placed at 5pm for a 6:45 pickup. We arrived at 6:40pm and called for the curbside pickup and were told to stay in our vehicle. After being told "I think yours is up" multiple times by the lady making runs to vehicles, we were informed it just came up on the screen (this was around 7:15pm). Long story short, we got our order at 7:55pm and when we inquired about money back/off we were told that the general manager Mark was simply to busy to speak with a customer and we would have to call later 😂😂 I'm sorry! WHAT?! Now granted they were slammed the previous hour but at this point they had died down drastically. Surely he had a couple minutes to dedicate to customer service. No? Well Mark, I daresay you're a horrible manager and you don't deserve that business. I'll call Domino's...

Apparently NOBODY knows how to answer a phone at this location. I tried callin 3 time allowing the phone to ring a good 20 or so times. NO ANSWER EVER! We had our hearts set on one of their pizzas so we drove down to place the order. I explained the situation with trying to call in a pick up and she said “she didn’t have time to answer the phone” then the driver who took my order wasn’t any better arguing with me as to why they can’t answer the phone then walks away from me instead of handling the situation. Then because we couldn’t call in the order we waited at the store for half an hour waiting for the pizza that had they answered the phone would have been done already. I then ask how to reach a manager and they tell me to call after 5 today. I’ve calles now twice and again NOBODY...
