Burger King — Restaurant in Midland Park

Every single time the burger is wrong. I provide clear instructions at the drive through window, if I'm paying 8$ for a burger it should be made correctly that's literally the point of any food establishment. I wasted time parking my car to check the order cause they ALWAYS mess it up, and I have literally had to drive all the way back from my house previously so I check the bag and of course they mess up the order. There is no extra cheese which I paid for. I go in I am met with rude attitudes, escalation, yelling, and harassment. Telling me I didn't pay for the cheese when I have the recipt in my hand with the exact amount proving I paid for it. I ask to get my burger fixed cause I paid for the cheese and then I take a bite and a CURLY DARK hair pulls out of it. My hair is not curly, it's light brown and they were trying to convince me into thinking it's mine even though it CAME OUT OF THE BURGED.. Went to get a quick meal, tried to use a coupon code. Apparently this place has never had training or heard of a coupon code, because every single time they failed to input the numbers correctly and when asked if a manager could change the price of the order, I was told no because "there's no button". Yet, it was their fault they could not get my codes to work. They should be able to either discount my meal or remedy some other way instead of arguing with the customer and trying to sell that i'm an idiot. When I finally did order and get my food, the fries and burgers were barely warm and even after saying just ketchup, they still managed to put pickles and tomatoes on. Not to mention, the drinks were barely carbonated, they tasted extremely flat. DO NOT go here if you are looking for friendly or helpful staff. They will just try to tell you that you're stupid and refuse to remedy the situation when it's their fault and problem. Also DO NOT go here if you want hot food, even if they're not busy. Look at the reviews!! For management especially there was 0 if possible negative help or niceness from the manager and Im definitely not the first person. The short mid age woman is rude dis missive and aggressive. Someone needs to look at who is managing this place. The aggression and lack of care is shocking this coming from a general manager of another fast food chain I would never order from this location again and would point everyone in the other direction!!! All of the bad reviews are about the manager and she is a shame to customer service and all the people who work hard to make people happy.
