BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Midland

Absolutely rude and mean employees inside. My sister and I ordered DoorDash and spent $18 for our coffee and got the wrong drink. No big deal to us! I just wanted to get the right drink! When we called they took our name and said come whenever. When we got there to correct drink they had horrible attitude. She was questioning why my name is different from my sisters and I said I’m sorry I have a receipt and my sister could come in and prove it’s her. I needed to place another order and that annoyed them so much! They were rude about correcting the drink and we didn’t get a straw and she said that’s on the door dasher, that has nothing to do with us! I used to spend 15 to $20 a day here and always leave a 2 to 3$ tip when they had a nice staff. They seem very inconvenienced as soon as you get there now. I asked why they were having an attitude when it’s not my fault and it made them even more mad. I think that’s the last time me and my family will ever visit...

I went in today for a small treat since I have a medical condition that limits what I can have. I ordered a small iced coffee with no whip cream, sugar free vanilla syrup and asking them to cut the tonic they state they couldn’t do that because it, “won’t mix right” and they don’t do that. I wasn’t greeted when I came up to the counter she continued to keep doing what she was doing while I was talking to her (not a huge problem I know they are busy). I have ordered this order multi times at other Bigby locations and received what was ordered. The lady was not knowledgeable, didn’t ask other staff for help, no eye contact made with me and very poor customer service. I will not be going back to this location. Update: after multiple visits this place is slow overpriced and they always mess up my order somehow. Customer service is definitely lacking.

Old review: I had the Iced Butter Bear (Carmel & Butterscotch) and my guy had the Carmel Marvel (just Carmel) Mine was pretty good flavor wasn’t as butterscotch as I was hoping but it was yummy. His wasn’t very Carmel at all and you would think by the name it would be. We both had extra espresso as it was free and I really liked it. The service quick and friendly.
