Did not have a good experience the last few times we have been here. This last visit, which was on 12/29/24, we attempted to get food through the drive through. After pulling up to the speaker, we were asked if we could wait a moment, which was no problem. After waiting several minutes, a car pulled up in the neighboring lane and is immediately waited on. Several cars after that are waited on as well. I tried to talk into the speaker to see if they had forgotten us, but nobody answered and we were forced to reverse the car and go inside. The shift lead, Hannah, immediately seems irritated with me, to which I'm not sure why (she could have been having a bad day). I politely explained what had happened in the drive through and she completely disregards it. "What can i get for you?" I asked if perhaps the speaker was malfunctioning (trying to give her a second opportunity to at least acknowledge the fact that they left us sitting for so long) to which she simply says, "Yeah, somebody on my team probably screwed up. What can I get you?" We were a little taken back by the lack of customer service skills, but at this point just gave up on any hope of an apology and continued with the order. While we are standing in the lobby waiting for the food, three people that walked in after us are given their food. Hannah then marches up to us and very aggressively announces very loudly and publicly that "We are waiting on new fries to be extra fresh for YOU, MA'AM!!" I was quite astounded as I simply waited quietly for my food without complaining. I had never been rude to her or anyone else for that matter. I don't like leaving a bad review, but after that completely unwarranted comment, I decided to leave one. To top it off, when we finally got our food and had driven quite a distance down the road, we realized that there was a key item missing from our order and had to then go back yet again. We spend a total of FORTY MINUTES at this Burger King.
Please, if management cares at all in retaining customers, have a good review session with these kids on how to treat people. Mistakes happen, we are all human. That part is okay. Today at 2:00 p m it took me over a half hour to give my order in the drive thru people behind me was going to the drive thru on the right . The turck in found of me couldn't move because the people were not letting him in . Well I finally got to give my order. A ND the same thing was happening to me people would not let me in to go to the window . Also told the person at the window the young gentleman all he said was so sorry the lady that gave me my order threw it at me while I was talking to the young gentleman which I grabbed and away she left I asked if I had my zesty sauce for my onion rings Got home which is all the way in Crump never got my onion rings but I paid for. I also never got any napkins and didn't really matter because I never received all my order anyway didn't have my
order of onion rings. I had ordered we're Whoppers hamburger patty too large order of onion rings only received 3 Whoppers no onion rings no napkins no zesty for sauce. I never usually write reviews but this felt necessary. I had a pretty large online order and to start when I went to pick it up I was told they “couldn’t make my shake because the shake machine is down for the night.” I work in the food service industry myself and I know exactly what that means, they already cleaned it and don’t want to do it again. This I feel is unacceptable, I know how it is to close at places and you should not be able to shut things down that early for your convience. Moving on, then they proceed to forget my cheesy tots with my order. Yes when I pulled back through they gave them to me however when I went back to eat my food I came to find that they didn’t even put the sauces in my bag.
