DoubleDave's Pizzaworks — Restaurant in Midland

The most epic of epic fails. I don't eat unhealthy often but when i do, it's an event i look forward to. Let me give you the play by play: 1.) We order at 5:00 PM with a estimated 45 minute wait time. 2.) 6:15 (30 minutes late) pizza guy arrives. 3.) We ordered a large thin crust cheese with a side of marinara and ranch but when i opened the box it had jalapenos, sausage, and pepperoni. I catch the guy before he drives off and he says he will be right back with the correct pizza. 4.) 7:00 still no pizza so my wife calls to see what the deal is. They tell us they are going to check on it and HANG UP ON MY WIFE! 5.) 7:05 my wife calls back and gets a manager (Lisa) on the phone who ensures us it will be there in 20 minutes. 6.) 7:50 my wife calls AGAIN and they give us the 20 minute estimate AGAIN! 7.) 8:35 the pizza man arrives with TWO pizzas. A thin crust and a regular crust cheese pizza. BUT NO MARINARA after we reminded them on the phone THREE TIMES!

It's safe to say, two things. One, i don't think the employees or management could care any less than they currently do and two, it's the last time we order from Double Dave's. On a sidenote they did return our money but i don't care about the money. I just wanted...

Ordered $160.00 of food from Double Dave’s , ( our first and LAST time) We were missing a specialty pizza and pepperoni rolls with sauce. Our Grub Hub driver has delivered to our house on multiple occasions and is always prompt and food is always hot. When I called DD’s the girl acted like she had no idea , put the manager on and he said that whatever my problem was I needed to call Grub Hub because for all they knew the driver took it. They asked what I ordered I told him the “Daves survival of the fittest” which is a large specialty pizza , pepperoni rolls and desert . All I got was the desert and they charged me $8.99 for it but it was supposed to be in the DD Deal, I said don’t you care that we spent $160 on food and won’t even help try to help assist and he said, you paid GRUB HUB it’s their issue not ours . I was so disappointed that the manager could have cared less and just kept saying I should have ordered through the restaurant instead of Grub Hub, what does that even mean? The audacity to accuse the driver of stealing is what sent me...

The staff have very poor hygiene. The one I assumed to be the manager handled cash then the boxes the pizzas go in then raw uncooked food then back to the boxes without washing his hands . The one boxing the pizzas kept handling a dirty rag putting his hands in his pockets. Also not washing his hands when asked to have him wash his hands before handling my food he walked to the back with an attitude and came back a few seconds later leading me to believe he still did not wash his hand the young girl taking our order had a serious attitude like we were bothering her by coming in to get food . And haft almost a half-hour wait when we were the only people there we received a pizza that really wasn't that good extremely greasy parts of the pizza are burnt while others are rather pale in comparison and in those parts the pizza is...
