Fazoli's — Restaurant in Midland

Came here to the drive-thru to get two slices of cheese pizza. It's the only item I like here enough. The pizza's not "out of this world" or magnificent, but it does the job of okaying my taste buds when I want a perfectly ordinary, greasy slice of pizza. However, it's too greasy - the oil literally collects and shines on the front end of the slices. That's the only reason why I took one star off. We can still work on getting it cooked in a healthy manner without compromising on the other stuff.

The two breadsticks that came with it were actually fresh and hot at the time I came in - it was prime lunch time. I've gotten breadsticks from other Fazoli's branches and it's always hit or miss - sometimes, they're actually fresh, and other times, it's stale as the dictionary definition goes. I got almost a dozen packets of crushed red pepper in the bag - I have no idea how people would utilize it, but it's good that they had the thought to add so many to the bag, regardless of actual usage.

Always to cold today October 12at About 3:45pm my doughter and I and her 3 kids went to eat there we'll I forgot my mask so I figured it was ok if my doughter ordered and I would wait and go to the tables were no one were wearing masks and the si called witch manager told me in a very roude way that she needed me to put on a mask so We went out to the truck to see if we could find one and we did went back in then she sead I could not take my water bottle in side I had some medication I needed to finish in the water and she actually told me that in a smerky way as if she was doing it on purpose she was being such a witch there was another lady customer that was not wearing a mask and she did not say anything to her she was targeting us I just ask that the owner take a look into that she made him loose 5 customers . I ordered online and the site was easy to navigate, but once i arrived at the restaurant things rapidly went downhill.

I parked in the designates spot and followed the instructions on the sign for online orders. I called the number and it kept ringing unanswered until the 25 ring disconnect. I called again to the same effect. Finally on the 3rd attemot someone finally answered, asked for the name on the order and said itll be out in a minute.

25 minutes later im still in my car waiting, so i went inside, where i find out my food is sitting on a shelf, cold. When i expressed dismay because the sign said one thing but appanetly the expectation is another, i just got a deer in the headlights look and not even the attempt at an apology. Maybe the food wouldve been good hit, but i wouldnt know.
