Came here to the drive-thru to get two slices of cheese pizza. It's the only item I like here enough. The pizza's not "out of this world" or magnificent, but it does the job of okaying my taste buds when I want a perfectly ordinary, greasy slice of pizza. However, it's too greasy - the oil literally collects and shines on the front end of the slices. That's the only reason why I took one star off. We can still work on getting it cooked in a healthy manner without compromising on the other stuff.
The two breadsticks that came with it were actually fresh and hot at the time I came in - it was prime lunch time. I've gotten breadsticks from other Fazoli's branches and it's always hit or miss - sometimes, they're actually fresh, and other times, it's stale as the dictionary definition goes. I got almost a dozen packets of crushed red pepper in the bag - I have no idea how people would utilize it, but it's good that they had the thought to add so many to the bag, regardless of actual usage.

I parked in the designates spot and followed the instructions on the sign for online orders. I called the number and it kept ringing unanswered until the 25 ring disconnect. I called again to the same effect. Finally on the 3rd attemot someone finally answered, asked for the name on the order and said itll be out in a minute.
25 minutes later im still in my car waiting, so i went inside, where i find out my food is sitting on a shelf, cold. When i expressed dismay because the sign said one thing but appanetly the expectation is another, i just got a deer in the headlights look and not even the attempt at an apology. Maybe the food wouldve been good hit, but i wouldnt know.
