So, we visited M&M’s last Friday after a long day at work. I must say at first I was kind of skeptical when I read “Carnival Foods”, but let me tell you, I was blown away.
I ended up ordering the California Burrito and a funnel cake.
Let’s start with the California Burrito. This thing was huge. Way bigger than I expected. I had to skip the gym due to the workout I had carrying this thing back to my vehicle.
Let’s talk about the Asada they filled it with, and I do mean FILLED! Delicious and packed with flavor. Now combine that with charro beans, fresh avocado, fries, the veggies, and some of the best salsa around. Mouthwatering is the only way to truly sum these bad boys up.
If you’re eyeballing the funnel cakes, let me tell you, DO NOT hesitate to get them. They are like the ones you’d get at the carnival, but on steroids. They are thicker than the Queen, J-Lo herself. I prefer mine with just the classic powdered sugar, but they will add caramel, chocolate and even fresh strawberries if that’s what you’d like.
All in all, I strongly recommend that you stop by and try M&Ms if you’re in the area. You will not be disappointed. And if you are, it’ll probably be because you...
Read moreAs a recent Midland resident coming from sunny, central California where the food culture is superb, please don't cheat yourself on visiting M & M. I have major eating issues and absolutely despise the food culture of Midland (i.e., inconsistent, often crappy and always a wait...).
Adrianna's food is always on point and delicious. I literally wouldn't eat if it wasn't for her. We found her on a whim after loving California Smash Burgers and although when we first started coming here she didn't have one her regular burger is P H E N O M E N A L. My husband enjoys her street tacos as well.
Now, the biggest complaint is the wait time and although I can understand this, she is a one man show. It also perplexes me because it's been my observation that those in these parts will go sit at a crappy restaurant for microwave food and subpar service at best and pay a ton of money for less...
I don't know I'd rather support a small business like this one and wait a bit longer for good food...
Read moreWaited till Thursday to go try their food. Got there wanted to order the carne asada plate and the street tacos. Received the worst customer service I have seen in my life. I was standing there at both Kiosks the people working there at each Kiosk didn’t even bother to open the window or take my order was standing there for like 25 minutes in each kiosk. Will never go there again. Worst customer service I have seen in my life. Not to mention the lady in the right kiosk didn’t even know English probably was Cuban. If you go there hungry forget it your gonna be there forever starving when you can go any other restaurant and get service right away. Dam worst place to go eat will never go there again worst experience ever. There was another guy just standing there that’s guy left too since they didn’t open the window to take his order. All the food that they make I know how to make it myself im better off buying the things at the store and making them myself lesson learned...
