Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory — Restaurant in Midland

I ordered a beef fajita platter and a large chips and queso at 11:30. When I got to the pick up window they didn’t have my tortillas and had to go back and get them and no salsa. Everything, and I mean everything had to be from the previous days leftovers. The queso was lumpy and cool to the touch. The tortillas were not fully cooked and doughy. The rice was hard and tasted old. Very disappointed. The lady at the window could care less that I just paid almost $50 for this meal and didn’t care that she had not given my my entire order or the proper condiments. She didn’t even acknowledge me at the window. Rosas used to be a quality place to get food. I would not say that anymore and it’s been like this for a while. Drive thrus don’t have to be so fast that orders are not complete. Food should be fresh for what they are charging for it. Hot, fresh, food with great service should not be rare. 9 out of 10 times they get your order right. Very clean and great customer service. The standard for Americanized Mexican food, superior to Taco Bell, Taco Villa, Jumburrito, and fresh salsa and sweet tea everyday. I eat here all the time and my only real complaints is that the chicken enchiladas don't come with red or green sauce, they have this cream sauce that isn't enchilada sauce and isn't sour cream, and you have to specifically request sour cream and guacamole if you want it. This is my 5th time coming for a gallon of peach tea! My family and I love their peach tea. We usually order to go and take an extra gallon of tea for refills! But they always say they are out of gallon jugs! Too lazy to fill up a gallon jug of tea! The store down the street will! I like that Rosa's better cause a sale is a sale and they will fill up that jug no matter how long it takes! Love it but I think it's sad that I have to go way to the other side of town just to get good service! Those kids their seam to be plain lazy or just unsupervised! Very frustrating!
