I wish I would have read the reviews before I went. I called in an order ahead of time. There was no one in the either of the drive thought so I drove up to the window. I waited and saw an employee who ignored me and walked by at least two times. Finally the manager opened the window and when I asked for my order he informed me I had to go inside the store. I was suprised and ask why and he said it was store policy. I parked my car and walked into a store with no customers. When I got to the register one employee was training another. That was not a problem except no one even acknowledged me. After they were done with the training about two minutes, the one trainer finally raised her head toward me and ask if I would like to place an order. I said I had called an order and she reached beside her, grabbed the order that was beside her and rang up my twenty dollar order. I asked to see the manager again. I asked him why I had to park my car and come into an empty store to receive an order he could have rang up for me. He told me his owner would not allow that. I suppose it was a rule to prevent backups in the drive through which is understandable but the was not a customer in the store or the drive through. I felt like a mouse and the manager was clueless. These guys don't know how to treat customers. I realized it wasn't the employees fault but the owners or that manager. Its understandable for a new employee, but the managers actions lacked...
Read moreMy husband & I wanted "soup", he has had a head cold....went by & ordered 2 Turkey bacon sandwiches and 3 soups ( I asked what kind of soup was available) person taking order said: "We have broccoli n cheese or chili". I then requested 3 "broccoli n cheese. Got to window, paid, and order was handed to me IN 1 BAG! Young man said: " Your 3 soups are on the bottom and 2 sandwiches are on top". I then, in front of him asked: "All 3 soups and 2 sandwiches are in 1 bag!?" I took out 2 sandwiches, and there ONLY 2 SOUPS IN BAG! I told him, " what's going on? I only have 2 soups!" He said: " Let me check, went aside, came back and told me: " I'm sorry, we ran out of broccoli n cheese, we have "chile" if you'd like". POINT HERE....HE WASN'T PLANNING ON LETTING ME KNOW THERE WERE ONLY 2 SOUPS IN BAG....SINCE THEY HAD RUN OUT IF BROCCOLI N CHEESE! I WOULD'VE GOTTEN HOME AND WOULD'VE HAD TO COME BACK WHEN HE COULD'VE JUST INFORMED THE TRUTH!!!! I'm assuming manager was not at all present....young kids working should be trained properly on taking orders, apologize for not having certain items and if there is another choice, OFFER IT! AND THEY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO BAG ORDERS OUT! 3 SOUPS IN 1 BAG..2 SANDWICHES IN ANOTHER! That's what happened at Jumburrito..kids put 3 hot soups on top of each other ..got home 2nd one had melted through lid and spilled grease all over my truck seat that we had just purchased! Read moreVery upset ! Went In today to get me set up for an event next week ! Two cars in the parking lot , and 3 people sitting down waiting for their order . 3 people were also working in the back ! They see me come in , and I approach the counter . & wait and wait and wait . Then they say number 73! A couple gets up gets their food and leaves ! One employees looked at me as she walked by the side door ! And just kept walking !! No body in the drive thru nobody else in the parking lot !! So I wait !! And wait !! Then go to the wind to see the girl at home the drive thru , watching videos on her phone ! Another employee ! Sitting In the office and another in the back . And even then , not a single person came to the front to take my order !
Absolutely pitiful and the worst part was . I was going to make a huge order for a wedding next Saturday ! And was prepared to spend what ever it took for a total of over 230 people !
So congratulations management on a well mannered, outstanding, very respectable staff ! That will do ANYTHING to keep customers coming back & money flowing in...
