Came here for the first time today & there’s no menu big enough to read, there’s a QR code but you can’t really scan it if you’re in the left lane so I had to look up the menu on my phone. While I was ordering my 2 drinks with the young teenage girl (a small iced mocha & a medium iced caramel macchiato w/ light ice & almond milk) I had to keep scooting my car forward every couple of seconds while talking to her which was weird. They’re trying to make this like a chick fil a drive thru situation but it isn’t working. I asked her what was on the secret menu & she said “it’s like where you can mix one flavor with another to make a different flavor…I don’t really know how to explain it.” 🙄
They gave me/charged me for a medium iced mocha instead of a small and instead of trying to fix the situation, the other young girl said “do you just want this because they already made it?”
I took it but when I drove off, I also couldn’t taste any espresso in my iced caramel macchiato & they also didn’t use almond milk like or light ice like I asked for. I had to come home & add an espresso shot to my drink. These young teenage girls are having a hard time taking simple orders & explaining what’s on the menu. Hire some adults instead who actually know what...

He was absolutely no help and offered no suggestions. That was disappointing since other coffee establishments are more than happy to offer suggestions. I was really trying to give my business to an establishment other than Starbucks however with that being said Starbucks always offers suggestions when asked. I just ordered what I make myself at home- iced oatmilk latte with sf pumpkin, caramel...

Every time I go I get a teen that walks up to my car and asks me what I want and I don’t even know what you have. It not until I get up to the spot where they hand you your drink and I see a menu that tells me what they have or what’s new.
Design your buildings better!
Update: they have QR code yard signs out now so you can view the menu on your phone…. But they don’t have prices.
I just ordered an energy drink and it was $6!
No energy drink is worth that. Be more transparent with...
