Rumor is Dave Chapelle really moved to South Africa after performing stand up at this Panera location and he was unable to make even one employee smile. BOOM!
Front end business: After running through around $100 plus in giftcards in a week, and having at least 1 thing incorrect in all but 1 order, I can state with absolute certainly that I will not be returning to this location. In my experience, if nearly all to all employees are consistently unable to even smile or appear to care about the customer in front of them, it usually comes down from above.
Backend/Maximizing Business: One would think if specific items are consistently out of stock prior to the lunch or dinner rush then common sense would kick in and more items would be made to fill the demand. Too many examples to list, but for one, the cinnamon bagels that seem to never be in stock. Each time I ask how I could buy some, I'm told to return in the morning bc tjey sell out first thing. If they sell out that early, and prices are clearly adjusted for inflation and then some, why would management not want to continue to maximize profits while satisfying the ultimate customer? IDK, just my 2 cents.
Lastly, last night part of my order was a chicken noodle soup to go. The main coarse I ordered was on point; however, once home I realized that it was all broth with not even 1 piece of chicken. This little cup of broth cost $10 LOL Fool me once, lol , you know the ""
For the money spent, 2 stars. Maybe everyone was having an off day throughout my 3 visits so 2.5 stars rounded up I suppose. Poor Dave tho, he...
Read moreIf you have any dietary restrictions, don’t waste your time with this location. I am vegan and ordered a Baja Bowl with no feta or yogurt. I went inside to get it corrected because it came with no corn/black bean salsa, which I was relying on for protein. They told me they didn’t have any black bean corn salsa but they could make me something else and refund me. Then I waited 45 minutes for a Mediterranean sandwich with no feta on sourdough bread. When I asked about it, one of the staff shouted across the room that they didn’t have half of the ingredients for my sandwich. I tried to leave, but they asked me to stay because they would make it. When I finally got my sandwich and walked to my car, it had feta on it. I went back inside to give it back and they told me they gave me the wrong one and passed me a new one. I just finally got home and this sandwich also has feta. If I had an allergy to dairy and took a bite before checking, I would have had a serious medical emergency. This location does not take dietary restrictions seriously and will waste two hours of your day to try to convince you otherwise. I work in a restaurant myself and I appreciate some of the female staff for being kind and polite to me while they tried to fix the mistakes, but the lack of communication in the kitchen is very apparent. I will not be returning to Panera...
Read moreGot a sandwhich (kids meal) and 3/4 of the way into the sandwhich I bit into a large hard unidentified object hurting my teeth.(See pic) I went back to see if the manager would make it right. She took the item from me. She reimbursed me for the order and offered me another free meal at a later time. I stepped away. Then went back decided to get the extra meal right then. Then she said she wouldnt include a drink. I told her this could've been alot worse. I or a kid could've swallowed this . My teeth could've completely broken out. She said she didn't see where the object could've came from in her store. I could see it looked like the same material from the toaster (same color) but she was argumentative saying, "they toast the bagels not the sandwhiches". So I left. She was rude and basically called me a liar, so don't eat here cause you might die. I had to take pain relievers for 2 nights so far...
