So i read through the 1 star reviews and wow. Waivers - People, you have to sign waivers at these places. I did it on my phone before we even left our home. Check in was a BREEZE. Do that if waivers trigger you. Broken equipment -I saw some pictures of equipment being torn up but our experience was everything in working shape. I wonder if that Karen showed up before they had a chance to fix it? Probably would have been smart to close that slide but honestly, I went down it while we were there and a little particle board wouldn't have hurt anything. Pricing complaints - they literally say all over the pricing that each child gets 2 adults and extra cost extra. It's $5. Be advised that you should not assume adults are free because you can play on the equipment also. It's fun! Consider playing. Parties - parties seem like they could get pretty expensive if you're not aware of how they charge. Look at the site and do some math. It's really not hard but can add up. Verify before you book. Masks - yall leaving 1 stars for mask enforcement are whats wrong with this world. Stay home if you're worried about masks or go get another jab or something. We had A BLAST. I was helped by Bill the General Manager and he was kind and willing to explain things to us when we had questions. This place allows re-entry which is nice because when kiddos get hungry (like they do) you just check out, take them somewhere nearby that has food, and come back. Don't bring your drinks in, although we just had water cups and I don't know if it was an exception but we were allowed to bring those in. (Thanks Bill!) This place is fairly priced and had a lot for the kiddos to keep them entertained and leave worn out. They had a separate area for diaper wearing kiddos with a pretty slick ball pit. Most the games were "play til you win" but they were not the star of the show, BUT your kid would feel pretty awesome winning a prize. We WILL be back. We WILL be telling others.

This is the best indoor play gym! Reasons why: 1. It's CLEAN! While we were here all the staff was cleaning. They were cleaning high traffic areas as well as areas that never see hands or feet, like the top of the castle above the lockers. You aren't allowed to step outside of the registers unless you've removed your shoes. 2. It's spacious. It's a large room with the main play area to one side of the room. There is a baby/toddler area on the opposite side with a ball pit. Babies and toddlers (must still be in diapers) to enter that area. There's also a dance room with a disco ball and black lights. 3. Lots of seating. You will not have trouble finding an empty seat/table here. The only thing this place lacks is private rooms for parties. I love the decor in this place. There's a cute castle painted on the back wall. Everything is color complementary to everything else. There is plenty of natural light with all the windows. They have snacks and drinks available for purchase as you aren't allowed to bring outside food. (Example: a small bag of Lay's chips is $1.50.) This place is on the pricier side, so I make sure to take my kids only on days where we have a free schedule where I can spend most of the day here. The best thing about this place is your receipt is good for a one whole day entry from open to close! You can come and go as you please so long as you still have your receipt to show when you enter.

This is one of the best places for kids to unwind and parents to relax. It’s large and spacious giving kids plenty of room to run around and play, but it’s also nice for kids to learn how to take turns, share, and socialize with others. The fact that it’s right off of the I-15 7200 South freeway exit makes it easily accessible and there are plenty of food options nearby. It’s honestly a heaven send for burnt out parents with energetic kids. My kids and I will definitely be coming back. Some basic things to know before coming: - Pandemic masks are OPTIONAL for everyone. - Socks are REQUIRED for everyone even if you’re not playing on the equipment (socks can be bought at the front desk if needed). Shoes are not allowed in the play areas at all. - Grown-ups can play on/use most of the equipment. - No outside food or drink is allowed, but they do have some fairly decent options available inside.

As a mother of an autistic son, finding a safe, accommodating, and enjoyable environment for him can be a challenge. However, our recent visit to Kids Empire Midvale in Utah exceeded all expectations.

From the moment we walked in, the staff's warm and welcoming attitude was evident. They were incredibly understanding and attentive to my son's unique needs. Bill, the Manager, was extremely kind and approachable. The facility is designed with safety and inclusivity in mind, which immediately put my mind at ease.

The play areas are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with a variety of sensory-friendly activities that my son thoroughly enjoyed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that he felt comfortable and engaged. Their patience and kindness made a significant difference, allowing my son to explore and play at his own pace without feeling overwhelmed.

What stood out the most was the staff's proactive approach to inclusivity. They were well-informed about autism and demonstrated a genuine willingness to accommodate any special requests.

I highly recommend Kids Empire Midvale to any parent looking for a supportive and enjoyable place for their child to play. We will definitely be...
