Terrible, use to love coming here to see the servers and the great food, my most recent visit though was god awful, first time ever complaining about a place and leaving a review. first problem was wait time. made us wait for 30 minutes which is understandable busy night on a saturday night. we got sat and saw the half appetizer option on the table. it said ask about it to our servers. so I did, first lady said she didnt know and showed us the lunch menu, second guy was the only helpful one, and told us all the options that would be half off. so we chose which appetizers we wanted. lady came back and took our final order then left. Only for us to wait 25 minutes for our appetizer and drinks, which food was cold anyways but still decent.(keep in mind we were sat at 9:00) over a hour goes by and nothing about our main food, we noticed our waitress was busy so we didnt wanna bother, she then comes by and ask if we needed anything else, we said our food, she said she would go check, another 10 minute of waiting just to get told that one order wasnt even started, and the other was made and then thrown away, and that they would get started on it, we decided to go ahead and just pay for what we already got, she got annoyed and left, later to come back and tell us they compensated it. we got our receipts and looked over it, only to see we were paying full price for our appetizer. we asked why are we paying full price if we were told that it would be half off. we explained that the menu said it would be half off, no where on either menu did it say “Monday-Thursday Only” manager was brought out “Deena” and said they wont do anything besides make a dessert. I asked her why doesnt it say it anywhere on the menu that its not friday and saturday? she said it does, after her looking she realized it doesnt either and basically said “tough luck, still paying”. All we wanted was some type of middle ground for us waiting so long and being lied to. We honestly never complain and are always understanding. but for the blame to be put on us and thinking your only solution you can come up with is “i compensated what you requested and will only give you a dessert” is crazy. we didnt want a dessert, we were fine with paying for the drinks and all, just wanted to understand why this happened and why we are paying full price for appetizers still after TRAINED employees and a manager couldnt tell us right and we had to correct them as a guest. it is currently 10:45 and we only ended up paying full price with no other solution. Read moreWent to this location after a wonderful Mother’s Day. 7 of us total in the party, so nothing horrible. Our server was wonderful; Personally had her before and she makes sure her customers handled. We had no issues in regards to appetizers, very good energy with both our server and the bartender- a perfect night as one would believe. However, everyone had received their meals aside from my partner, who was paying for it all as a Mother’s Day gift. It was brought to our server’s attention, and she was quick to make sure he was served his meal. It was a fairly simple meal, a simple alfredo fettecini dish, so it wasn’t an issue to any of us nor our server. Unfortunately by the time my partner finally got his food, which was a lukewarm at best as if it had been sitting for some time under a heat lamp, we had already gotten our bill and were fixing to leave. Due to this, we asked for some sort of compensation to reimburse us for my partner not being able to eat a mealfor the evening. A a manager was involved and she provided an ultimatum; take the food and pay for it or they take it back to trash and remove it on our bill that was nearing the $300 range. The manager, Dina, was severely argumentative. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. Carried herself with that attitude of “I don’t care, you are underneath me”. Dina seemed to have no problem allowing her voice to carry throughout the restaraunt, drawing displeasured attention from other diners. “What do you want us to do? This isn’t our problem.” We made the request that we get to keep our food, the very food that was way too late to eat there, but the cost be deducted. Quite reasonable considering it was, in fact, on their behalf. Dina refused to acknowledge the mistake and own up to it. As stated, she argued back and forth with my partner’s aunt who spoke up about this. The way she held her posture, got rather too close to our aunt’s face for comfort, and her unprofessional tone and words, absolutely unacceptable. This was a mistake on YOUR end, NOT ours. Never had such disrespect before, but Mother’s Day seemed to be the one day that absolutely ruined any future visits to this location. From the MANAGER no less… Absolutely devastating. This place desperately needs to learn some accountability and customer service professionalism and behavior. Would no longer reccommend this location to anyone, especially with Dina on shift. Read moreTerrible experience we were having a decent time with the dollar margarita and we decided to order appetizers because we we’re getting hungry and so we asked are waitress what appetizer could we get if we order off the half price menu and she told us she that she was new and wasn’t sure what we could get then she tried to point us to the lunch menu telling us we could order from there only problem was the lunch menu ended at 5pm and it was already 10pm so we asked another server that was walking by about the half price price menu and he told us all are options that we could get so we went ahead and told the waitress what the other server told us she went ahead and took are order but we waited 30 minutes just for the appetizers we order then we went ahead and order a couple more appetizers while she was there and we were waiting a whole hour just for her to tell us that they haven’t started the order yet so we said that’s ok we’ll just pay for what we ate and be on are way then she came back with the receipt and told us they don’t do half price appetizers on Saturday and fridays because it’s there busy days but it didn’t say that anywhere on the menu nor did the waiter we ask tell us it was only on certain days so we asked for a manager so she could fix it for us and and the manager Dina came out and tried to tell us that it was not available on Friday and Saturday then she tried to look and the menu and show us but she said it’s not on the menu but we can just believe her then she said we can get a free dessert to make up for the confusion but we will still have to pay full price but at this time we already spent 2 hours in the restaurant and we were ready to go home so we didn’t want to have to wait for a dessert then she got an attitude with us telling us that she’s not gonna fix it so we asked for the corporate number and payed the wrong price they gave to us and left.
