Do NOT go to this arbys. Got there at 830 - they close at 10- so an HOUR & A HALF BEFORE CLOSING- its dark and so is thr menu board outside and couldn't see the menu board - ordered & asked why the menu board was dark and told " guess rhe manager turned it off because we're CLOSING "- we paid over SEVENTY- $70.00 FOR THIS FOOD to be ripped off - 2 beef and cheddars with a smattering of cheese and 2 thin slices of beef which makes the buns look huge . They forgot our drinks so we had to turn around and go BACK thru thr drive-thru and wait thru cars. Also ordered ANOTHER " large" beef & cheddar to make up for the lack of meat on the other 2 we'd already bought. Get thdrinks finally in rhe window and alao ask for a cup of cheese to make up for lack of cheese sauce on the first 2 and we leave abd i see my NEW $7.41 lg beef & cheddar has NO cheese sauce on it at all AND the side of cheese sauce is maybe a TEASPOON of cheese sauce. Pathetic excuse for an arbys. I would NOT go here again. But its the midwest city STANDARD- don't listen to the people who are actually PAYING OUT THE A$$ for your product- short them on all you can- close early bc you're lazy as hell- forget PAID FOR items etc etc etc. This is why we hate it here.
UPDATE:
Called and spoke to the manager- she apologized & said to call tmrw & we can come get a large beef & cheddar meal as a replacement. They were closed when i just spoke with her- she said they are closing early now ( I told her google has them & the air depot arbys closing at " 10 pm" she said its something they just started doing. I appreciate her apology but the employees need to learn to listen & make SURE orders are how they should be- everyone in there Should KNOW that a beef & CHEDDAR should have cheese sauce on the sandwich. I think they need special training. Also of the at least 6 employees we saw working only ONE was actually wearing a mask.
I've taken photos of the food & trying to figure out how to post them...
Read moreWe go to this Arby’s over a closer one located on Air Depot in Midwest City because the Manager, whose name on my receipt shows his name as Benjamin, is the nicest and most helpful and friendly employee of any Arby’s that we go to. I love the Turkey, Bacon Ranch sandwich and it is always fresh and made to perfection. He actually remembers my husband’s name as that is the name we give him for our order even though we don’t go all that often. We’ve never had a problem with our order and as I read some of the comments, it appears that most people simply complain. Most people while we are there go through the drive-through and perhaps if they stopped to think that perhaps if they turned the music off…and even their vehicles, that their voices could be heard a bit better and perhaps they’d have the perfect order as we do. Also, if different accents are used, it might not be a bad idea to ask the employee to read back the order they gave to make sure that...
Read moreI usually don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants because they’re quite similar. It’s challenging to maintain a positive attitude in a retail setting when customers get upset about trivial matters. Unless the employee is exceptionally rude, I tend to sympathize with them.
However, I wanted to express my appreciation for the friendly attitude of the staff at the drive-through around 5 p.m. Today, I only interacted with them for about 15 seconds, but they seemed genuinely happy and incredibly pleasant. From the woman who took my order to the gentleman who approached me after her, everyone I spoke to was exceptionally nice.
Their friendly demeanor has left me so impressed that I haven’t even had a chance to eat yet. I felt compelled to write this to express my gratitude for their positive attitude and to thank them for being such...
