I don't know if it's everybody's saying but it definitely is mine. I love their food. I literally went to college at Rose. State a little over 10 years ago and here I am returning for a second degree. I was curious if this little place was still opened as I always used to spend my lunches here or I would at least pick up a meal and they were one of the few places that actually delete gave me not white spicy when I said. Not white spicylol Be warned, I'm not saying my face didn't turn completely red and that snot wasn't dripping down and that I wasn't crying the whole time but d* did I love it and it's not the bland spices that you get everywhere else where it just heats up the food. And hurts your mouth. It's actually flavourful spices. And that's what I like.Is the flavor spices?I don't care how much it burns.

I also love their fried tofu. I don't know why but this place makes me love tofu so much. I liked it better when they had their little squares of tofu but it still the same to me. I can definitely tell still the same kind of recipes, even even 10 years later..

It's a tiny little hole in the wall place that maybe isn't everybody's cup of tea and isn't earning any Michelin stars anytime soon. But for me, this will always be a very dear. Little beloved hole in the wall. That always serves food the way. I actually want it not with different teenagers. Cycling, multiple times in and out every year because it's a corporation that doesn't value its people. It's a family owned and run business it seems. I'm pretty sure I recognized the guy from...

This is a review for vegetarian options.

I craved for some wok-essence dish, so I visited this restaurant!

Since I do not eat meat, I understand that requesting something that is not on the menu is a bit of a trouble for the chef. If I were the owner, I wouldn't want to deal with these kind of customers as well. So I mostly cook at home, hahaha!

But there are certain things that you just can't get from the home cooking business, one of them being the wok-essence dish... Unless you have a Lamborghini-equivalent gas stove and some athletic-trained wok-tossing arms...

Anyway, the owner 😁, T?, Was very kind. After finding out that there's fish sauce, oysters sauces, or shrimp paste in most of the items on the menu, including pad see ew... I was going to leave empty stomach. But somehow we worked out a plan for something that would work.

You can hear the wok-action from the front.

The dish turned out good, although on a saltier side (my standards)... But hey, I requested it to deviate from the standard recipe... So no complaints there. The portion is generous, also!

I really appreciate the kind service, delicious food, and willingness to create something that satisfy the customer's peculiar request!

I would come back to try the tom kha and some dessert for my deserted stomach!

Highly recommend this place. I bet other items...

Update: I am updating my review to 5 stars.

Their food is amazing and they are very kind. I haven't had any more issues with them being closed.

The food is so good! I really love the selection and it's delicious.

Sadly I can't give 5 stars because they were not open the second time I went, and there wasn't a recording on the phone saying they were closed. The phone just went straight to voicemail and when I got there they were closed.

I spent probably 20 minutes in my car putting together a different order from another nearby restaurant. Another family showed up while I was there and I directed them elsewhere since they were closed. Someone ended up showing up right before I left and turned on the "open" sign, but by then I had already put my order in for the other restaurant.

It's not a short drive for me, and a business needs to have at least a recording saying they are closed so people know. I'm not sure if this is the norm for this place or not since I have only been twice.

Edit-Sadly, they were also not open the third time I wanted to order... I would love to change my review but the inconsistency...

Got there at 1:30. It was 33degrees outside and it was 33degrees inside the restaurant. I don’t like to eat wearing my coat but I was not taking it off. They were closing also so I just left. Never got to try the food. This place has had many turnarounds and possibly won’t be making it again. Update cause I have them another go 2/12/2024. It was still cool in the restaurant but bearable. The restaurant’s atmosphere was cute and clean. I ordered beef salad and pad Thai. The beef salad was so very good and I would return again for it. But maybe to go since I like to be in a more comfortable climate. The rice that came with the beef salad was a bit overcooked and not good quality it seemed. The pad Thai was good but i recommend the beef salad definitely. I will be trying the Tom Kah. I get cranky when cold and my first visit was and I do appreciate the comment about not opening the day it was so cold. I wore a hoodie this time and the meal was pleasant and the waiter said he was also doing it all. I assume the cook too. Well done!

If you're craving Thai cuisine, look no further! This gem delivers not only exquisite food but also a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for a great dining experience. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted with the warmth of friendly staff and the stunning decor—a harmonious blend of Thai artwork, lush greenery, wooden booths, and soothing music. The food? Absolutely phenomenal! Each dish is presented with artistry, bursting with flavor, and served promptly. I tried the pineapple curry, and the spice level was on point—perfectly balanced to enhance the flavors without overpowering the dish. Whether you're an adventurous foodie or new to Thai cuisine, you’re in for a treat. The attentive and polite service makes the experience even better. This place is an ideal spot for a date night, and I cannot recommend it enough. You’ll leave with a happy palate and a warm heart!
