Taqueria El Jacalito — Restaurant in Midwest City

I'm super disappointed with the service today I have been coming here since they opened the food is good but anytime I have an issue the ladies are rude and they think they are alway's right and the customers are wrong to them but the lady told me tonight I couldn't get grilled onions even though I was going pay for them mind you I came 1 hour before and got them she was very rude about it she said her manager said to say no I'm never coming here again they lost a regular customer for very bad customer service sad I spent a lot of money here and also I work in fast food I would never do that to my regulars or any customer at that it was a easy fix also I asked for no ice in my drink because I'm sick I went back to ask for another one with no ice please she argued with me at the window in the drive through again it was an easy fix yall don't waste your time or money here I'm not anymore horrible customer...

I'm not even sure what the hell I just put in my body . I ordered chicken flautas and a chef salad that was supposed to come with chicken and ham . Got home and discovered that there was not any meat on the chef salad . I drove back to the restaurant and tried my best to explain what the problem was , the lady said they didn't have any chicken so they just didn't put anything on it . She offered to substitute the chicken with steak , I agree to this and wish I would've just stuck without meat . I've never seen white meat steak or red meat chicken but , who knows this is 2023 !! Maybe it's a cat or a dog identifying as chicken . Whatever it is , it didn't taste right and I didn't trust eating it . The beans and rice were good , but they were also cold . Oh well , $20...

I've been to this place several times and have never been disappointed. Every person I've encountered is friendly and they keep that place very clean and tidy. If you want fast, but authentic, Mexican food, this is the place to go! Their menu is vast, they offer a fresh bar of different salsas, cabbage pico de gallo, radishes, limes, etc., a plethora if you will, and aguas frescas, not to mention bottles of coke from México! Today I tried their menudo and it made my pallet gleeful. I do wish they'd put more of the lining however.
