This is a tough one because of all the negative reviews on Yelp about special birthday orders. In this instance it went our way. If asked what your mothers favorite flavor of Cake, Ice Cream, Cookie, or meal, could you match her answers exactly? I couldn't. This brought out a questionnaire for my mom, and a quest to find Chocolate chunk cookies combined with mint chocolate chip ice cream. You would be surprised how many of our favorite local ice cream places just open a box and take out these products made at a co-packer. BR came through with custom made orders. The item was made correctly as ordered. Here's where it went a little sideways. I think there might have been a slight language communication barrier. Nice owners, but she thought I said 10, not 7. Then she was not happy with the employee she tasked to do the job. She had double scooped the ice cream. Way to much. The owner was very happy with the order, and gave me everything for the price of 7. She said they do not have a veterans discount as noted on my order, but invited me back the next day(Veterans Day) for complimentary coffee & donut. It worked out for me, and my mom...

Horrible experience! They ruined my daughters third birthday cake. I ordered online and left detailed instructions following their online order form. I used their drop down menu to select the special message and they even messed up the spelling! The colors were completely different from the ones I selected. To make things worst the attendant told me the spelling was off because 'Spanish is difficult '! That's discrimination and lack of consideration for your diverse customer base. Especially when you have the Spanish option online to choose. The attendant also kept smiling as if that was going to fix the issue and told me 'next time you get a better one'! This establishment and honestly, all Dunkin franchises in the city, need to be closed. All ran by the same type of people who do not train their employees, does not care about their food quality, and have terrible attitudes. Asked what ice cream was available and this man rambled off the ice cream flavors faster than I've ever heard a normal person speak expecting me to understand. I just settled for the one flavor I could make out and was met with literally THE tiniest one scoop of ice cream I've ever seen. And for 3$?
