My sister and I had a pleasure of going in today looking for a specific crystal and we left with that and more! Dominic, was amazing! He answered questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient! Which we needed, as our eyes were stimulated, and our minds were open! There was something shiny and magical in every inch of this well stocked treasure chest of a Boutique Experience!! He was attentive and made this trip memorable for us, as we smiled, laughed, and released all of our OOHs and AHs surrounding our Bounty! My sister and I came in with my nephew who is 14 months old and full of chatter and wonder. It didn’t distract him from giving his personal attention to our interactions and inquisitive behavior. He was focused on us as customers! That is a lost art form! Quality Customer Service! We spent time looking at all the treasures that were available to us! The store was well organized and stocked with many items to choose from in categories from Crystals to Clothing to Candles and More!! Definitely a place I will be returning to for a variety of options and items. I used to love this place. I’ve bought so many amazing things but today my friend and I stopped in and were looking at rings. The employee Devin was handing us different trays of rings and we were trying some on and putting them back and whatever. I came into the store with my 5 personal rings and then I ended up purchasing 1 with mushrooms on it. My friend purchased 3. So there would be 4 spots missing because we just purchased rings. Mind you she was watching my friend and I look at these rings the whole time as we were the only ones in the store for a hot second. An older lady came in bought stuff and left and whatnot for more detail if you wish. Anyway, the lady working claims there’s 2 missing holes and that I must be charged for them. I was wearing shorts with no pockets, I don’t carry a purse, and had no jacket. She persists that since we were the only ones to look at rings that we must’ve stolen when those “2 missing spots” don’t even add up to the amount of rings we bought. I bought a $22 mushroom ring. The lady behind the counter said she was missing an $18 ring and another $22 ring which were the 2/3 that were purchased by my friend. In the end I was forced to pay $65 for 2 empty ring slots. Do not shop here. EDITED: We stopped by not once, but twice to view the alleged video. As we suspected, there is NO video. Hard to fabricate a video of a theft that didn’t happen. Apparently it is “on a flash drive” somewhere. Further, scroll down to the review below from 10/24 where other individuals were accused of stealing and diid not steal. The problem is not my family member it is Devin, the employee. She is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. She said she would call the police to which we responded “Please do, we would be happy to discuss this with them.” She decided then that she did want to call the police after all. Shocking. SMH.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: A family member was accused of stealing 2 rings. The employee was standing right in front of her while she was looking at the rings, and the family member had no pockets and was not carrying a purse.
