Great Food! Although, my order was wrong after trying to tell the man what I wanted multiple times on the phone. It was alright though, when I arrived to pick up my food there was two men and a young woman at the register area, they didn't speak much English so that's why the order was wrong and why I had to walk back to the motel and get more money, on the phone I thought he said the total was $8.?? I ordered nachos large with Everything on it and large rice. When I got there he told me the total and I was like"WHAT?!" I looked at the receipt and it wasn't $8.?? But $18.?!. He had given me two of the nachos I ordered only one, then I paid for it and the two guys took off and I'm standing there for a few minutes, finally got the girl's attention and tried asking her for sour cream and lime slices and she didn't speak any English so I waited like a what seemed like forever, 5 minutes and a guy came back, told him what I wanted, he charged me $1.50 for the sour cream!!! And said"I'll just let you have the lime slices free" I thought" I would hope so!" I understand when people don't speak the same language as someone they're talking to things might get a little messed up so I was cool with it, I could have only bought what I ordered or whatever but I understood the mix-up, the only part that was really aggravating to me was having to wait so long for sour cream and limes and get charged for it! Great place and great food though and the employees were...

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this place, I ordered a classic Mexican dish, (mole enchiladas). My first impression was the plate, it was not warm, it was burning hot! šŸ”„, and immediately noticed the dish had the incorrect sauce, however i gave them the benefit of the doubt and took a bite out of it, of course it wasn't the correct dish. I called the waiter to explain the issue and he instead of apologizing and switch the dish for the correct one he called another Lady who ALSO confirmed it was the correct dish I had ordered. Up to that point I had been very patient but after 2 staff members telling me I was wrong I decided to tell them I was Mexican and I knew that was not the correct dish. Until then, they took the dish back and brought me the correct one. The manager came over and I explained the issue, and even though she apologized for the "confusion" she did not really do anything for me to go back to that place neither to recommend to anyone who wants to try real Mexican food. I would give them a (-1...

First off, picture this: you’re on a three hour road trip and you take a 50 minute detour, unaware that you are soon about to partake in the most scrumptious food that has ever grazed your tastebuds. You walk in to be met by the most drop dead gorgeous woman you have ever seen to then be shocked! Another one appears just as beautiful as the last. In fact, the whole staff is beautiful! Our waitress, god bless her soul, can’t remember her name, ran to heck and back to get us our supplies for our feast. Our first step into the building, jaws on the ground due to the beautiful women, then they proceeded to fill our open mouths with the best gosh darn Birria tacos I ever done had! Next, my big back self, after guzzling the best three tacos, I then munched on beans and rice, Phenomenal! Homemade hot sauce, nice. Now. That deep fried French cream that was paired with the churros… heavenly! Warm, crisp, cold. All in all, for real,...

Pleasant wait staff is about the only positive experience here. My wife and I are still trying to find our go to Mexican restaurant, and unfortunately this is not the one. Not only were prices just awful, quality is also the cheapest you can find. To add, your first order of chips & salsa are "complimentary", and they give you maybe 20 chips, for each order. If you are down for a penny-pincher overpriced Mexican restaurant, by all means, this is for you. We had high hopes from other reviews and found for ourselves that this is not worth it. *Bathrooms are also sticky, wet, and unstocked. Good luck!

It was my first time going to Casa Hacienda. I wasn't sure what to order so I tried to ask the two servers at the front counter what was a good meal and I got blank stares and confusion. I was hopeful they would have some Bueno authentic Mexican food. Since I never got a recommendation I ordered a Chicken Quesidilla (I figured it was a safe option). But it was disappointing (undercooked, bland flavor and texture). I ate two pieces and discarded the rest. Maybe next time I will brush up on my EspaƱol before ordering.

First time there with two friends. We only got one basket of chips even though we ordered cheese dip. Someone that came alone got the same amount 3 of us did which is strange. My food was good but I found a hair in it when I was half way done. Also used the restroom and an employee came in and left without washing their hands which I found to be extremely concerning. She knew I saw her too Our server was super friendly and attentive though which was nice. We came around 2 pm so it wasn't busy yet.
