Ive tried nearly everything on the menu over 15 years. Here are my top suggestion. Dark meat lovers: Gen Tso chicken or sesame chicken. Personally i leave the brocolli out. White meat(fried) - WoSuGai, Sauce on side or sweet and sour chicken White meat - Szeuan Chicken extra spicy or MooGooGaiPian App: Eggroll, mini spring roll, or crab rangoon Soup: H/S soup is top knoth here, followed by egg drop soup. Noodles: LoMein is great, but if youre really a foodie, Singapore mai fun or beef chow ho fun. Seafood: Seafood delight or szeuan shrimp Beef: Pepper steak - THE BEST Pork: Twiced cooked pork. Iykyk Honorable mention: Their homemade hot oil and hot mustard is a must have. EggFooYoung are delicious with brown or yellow gravy. We just missed lunch pricing and thought it was a little pricey, but after the first bite, we knew it was worth it. Plus, we had enough left over to have another meal or two out of it.
Mom got the chicken hibachi and was warned that theirs is different from other places--it has a thick, sweet sauce that she loved. No need for yum yum sauce (or egg yolk sauce, which they don't have).
I got the eggplant in garlic sauce with mild instead of the default spicy, and it was delicious. Also, they use Asian eggplant, which is skinnier and less seedy than American eggplant. It's also a gorgeous shade of purple that keeps its color. I might ask them to add carrots and sweet onions next time because those were so good in mom's, and they'd look pretty.

But I went to Joy Food One everyone there is so friendly and so nice and so accommodating that I knew it was gonna be a great restaurant. I have nonstop come back to this restaurant to have Chinese food monthly and I have never once been disappointed !
