Andy was working the entire restaurant alone but he was still awesome and smiling. Go Andy Go!

Edit: ANDREW LIED.

We were deceived. Hoodwinked. Led astray.

You see, we—pure of heart, trusting in the goodness of the world—left a glowing review for sweet, hardworking Andy, as he himself had humbly requested. "I'm working alone," he said. "It’s just me," he claimed. And like fools, we believed him.

So, with this noble act of kindness behind us, we thought, perhaps, just perhaps, we had earned a small reward—a humble refill of our fountain drink. Nothing grand, just a token of appreciation for our generosity. We even prepared our case: "As devout Andy supporters, we left the kindest of reviews but perhaps we might trouble you for a small refreshment?"

But THEN.

As we approached the window, brimming with the confidence of the just, our world was SHATTERED.

For lo, who should hand us our food, but… not Andy.

Another employee. A stranger. A ghostly figure emerging from the shadows, revealing the dark truth: ANDY WAS NOT ALONE.

Our faith? Destroyed. Our trust? Obliterated. Our dreams of a refill? Lost to the abyss.

We sat there, stunned, the words of our request dying on our lips. The betrayal was too great. The wound too fresh. We simply drove away, our thirst unquenched, our spirits broken.

Andrew… we believed in...

This was by far the worst dine in experience I’ve had at any skyline yet. There were maybe 6 tables in the store at this time with two servers and it took over 20 minutes for someone to even look at us to get drinks. For some reason the servers were struggling with the amount of tables they had which was pretty sad, I was a server at skyline for nearly 4 years and never had an issue with having 3 tables at once. Maggie, who was working the drive through eventually came over and got our drinks and no one came up to us after this point so she ended up having to come back and get our food and basically serve us. The actual server came one time to drop off our check before our food had been delivered. If it weren’t for Maggie helping us we would have had to walk out. The two servers prioritized sorting silverware and checking their phone in front of the cook line before even glancing...

I would have given the visit 5 stars. Service was top notch. Being able to watch dinner being plated was good. I say that because I witnessed the cook, she had a Green shirt on, do something totally unacceptable. A server brought an order back that was incorrect and the cook scooped whatever was wrong back into the steamers where someone else would be served that food. Wow talk about unhealthy! To top it off little miss green shirt corrected a server on the fact that a chilito comes with sour cream and the way the server put the order in would mean extra sour cream. When in fact the server was correct sour cream is an add on and not served with the chilito unless ordered specially...

Corporate owned, skimp on chili, do not know how to make a coney, skimp on Portions. Find an individually owned (Olentangy River Road) for better portions and service. They need to be the new training location. Gahanna location did good when they first reopened, but it has been embarrassing the past many months, when I took visiting Skyline loving guests over last three visits. I grew up in Cincinnati, and I believe the founding owners and their families, would be greatly disappointed with what we have experienced in Gahanna, and a couple Ifnothrr locations.

It was good. Food tasted like Skyline Chili, what more could you ask for. The kitchen did make a few minor mistakes on our order that Jack was quickly able to fix for us. As for the place it was OK at best. I don't know if they were understaffed or just finished a rush. But a couple of tables were dirty when we got there and remained uncleaned when we left 30-40mins later. Jack seemed to be pretty much the only one working there as he was running around doing just about everything.

I hate coming to this skyline, but it's the closest one to me. I won't be coming here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone who likes getting their money's worth out of their purchases. The past three times I have had to send my order back because of them trying to skimp me serving size, but I gave up this time. They refuse to fill up your bowls and after serve dry spaghetti with barely any sauce. Every time I come to this location I'm disappointed. This is not worth $9.xx
