Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Mifflin Township

Me and my wife went in for take out things we’re going good until the person ringing us out made a mistake, realized she messed something up after my wife paid, she then called for the other lady to help when I walked back over to the register the lady that was helping her kept insisting we owed additional money that wasn’t accounted for considering we were already charged for all of the items we had. She began to be rude. I kept asking her to re ring the Items and showed her the amount that came from our account was the same on the receipt. She became more rude and sarcastic. After that we decided we no longer wanted to tip anymore after her behavior she really started talking crazy. After she re rang the food up it came up to the original price, after realizing it was a mistake on their end she just kept being rude, no apology for their mistake or anything. When my wife asked for her name she got loud and said she doesn’t want to give her name and doesn’t have to, so my wife tried to get a picture of her shirt she threatened to call the police! Like for what? No one yelled at you no one caused a scene we simply wanted to know why we were being charged extra (and almost paid it) . I reached out for someone to reach out to me and have yet to hear anything back. I am very disappointed in Moe’s because I loved their food and service but that was uncalled for and still no resolution or apology. Don’t go there if you have questions they will threaten to call the police on you. I know people say this and I know they don’t care but I will not ever spend money with them again especially since I didn’t get a response...

Terrible customer service. I recently went in to purchase dinner with a gift card I had received for Christmas. The gift card had over $33 remaining on it when I went in. I swiped the card the first time and the lady working the register told me it didn’t go through I told her it’s a gift card if that matter and she said she would put it in differently on her side. I swiped the card again and she told me my balance was at zero. I told her it’s not possible and showed her the transaction history that showed that at this location at this exact date and time it took the remaining balance off of the card which was 98 cents short from my total and that I should only owe her the 98 cents she proceeded to tell me I was lying that my gift card balance was zero and that someone had already tried this and they didn’t have money on the gift card. I told her I didn’t care what someone else had done that I was showing her the activity right there and it was impossible that someone else would of used the gift card at this exact location which included the store number and date and time. She told me that the date listed as 2023-02-10 was the correct date when I went yesterday. She proceeded to call someone else on the phone and took a picture of the transaction history of the gift card from my phone and after trying to argue for over 10 minutes tells me it’s fine her manager is going to cover it and just to give her the gift card that now had a zero balance on it. No apologies no I was wrong nothing. I understand that people like to do shady things but when I have the proof and showing it to you I shouldn’t be treated...

First and last time I'll eat here. Food was pretty good, but the cashier ruined it. On 2/10/17 I went in for lunch with my girlfriend and ordered a simple chicken and cheese quesadilla w/side of SC and a side of queso and chips and my girlfriend only wanted a side of queso and chips as well. The food preparers were kind enough but the cashier was very rude and had no interest in helping her customers. When we got to the register she asked if we would like it for here or to go and I didn't hear her the first time so she had to say it a second time and became very rude about it. The whole time we were dealing with her she wouldnt even look us in the face and acted as if we were nothing but a nuisance. She just seemed very annoyed to the point where she didn't even seem to be listening. I told her I would like my meal as a combo (quesadilla, chips&queso and drink) and she gave me the total after which I handed her a credit card to pay. After she handed us the food she walked away without giving me my cup so I took it upon myself to grab it as she looked pretty busy and pissed off. She turned around and called me out in front of all the customers because I would have to pay for that cup. Which I had already told her I wanted with the combo. Embarrassed, I just handed her my credit card and let her charge me for the cup. So my total ended up being almost $16 for a quesadilla combo and an extra side of chips and cheese. Never got the SC either. The whole experience was very frustrating and embarrassing but the food was at least OK. Maybe I'll try another...
