Iām disappointed with my recent experience here, and feel itās important to share why. I have been a client for almost three years and have invested more than $4,000 in services and products. My questions and communication have always been professional and strictly related to the skincare regimen I was placed on through this provider, sent via the Instagram platform where she also conducts business. However, instead of keeping responses professional, personal details were repeatedly brought into our conversations ā which felt unprofessional and inconsistent, especially when business hours were then emphasized as a boundary.
I had simply asked how to incorporate two complimentary sample products I received when ordering through Skinbetterās official site (in addition to products I had purchased directly from this provider). Rather than receiving straightforward guidance, I was met with pushback, defensiveness, and the suggestion that my purchases elsewhere meant she could no longer provide advice.
At no point was I told upfront that ordering from the brandās own website would affect my ability to get guidance on the regimen she originally put me on. That lack of transparency left me blindsided ā especially since I had already invested in products through her and was unaware that her advice and time would only be available if I purchased exclusively through her.
Additionally, during paid services (such as facials), the experience often included the aesthetician oversharing about her personal life, while showing very little interest in getting to know the client who is paying for the service. There seemed to be no regard for whether the client wanted a quiet, relaxing experience, as I barely got a word in during most facials. This made it feel as though even when time was being paid for, the focus was still more on her than on the client experience.

I call them a family because they are a group of professionals that when you walk in, they are always happy smiling and treat each other as best friends? When was the last time you went into a service and felt like everyone enjoyed being where they were. The energy leaves with you after client for over 5 years. The doctor's and staff are the same, no turnover which is unheard of these days. The new facility is breathtaking. I have been going to them since the beginning and when I walked into the beautiful glass doors of the new location my breath was taken away. The new location is breathtaking, absolutely refreshing and might I add affordable. I guarantee you won't find another group of professionals that care and enjoy their craft like BSA. You won't find another aesthetic that when you walk in the door, they all know you by name and make you feel pretty every time they see you. They embrace the essence of true customer service on an old school level that is just not made these days. Then letās talk about results. I am 47 and thought I always took decent care of my skin. I have always tried to stay ahead of aging as graceful as possible. I can say with confidence that since going to BSA I have reversed time and feel that I look my best ever. The ladies who work there are very friendly, however as soon as I was taken back to the room after a couple questions I was asked if I wanted to purchase another 50 units. Going by the recommendation of my family member, ,I was confident 50 was plenty. The Dr came in we both agreed the lines between my eyes were my worst area. That area he told me I only need 25 units, but forehead, and each crow's feet would also need 50, which did not make any sense to me. Now the person that referred me also purchased a Groupon and got done between eyes, forehead, and crow's feet all with 50 units. I was told that couldn't be done. So I paid for 50 units and they only used 25. I'm wondering if I got someone's left over 25 units or if the next person got mine. I had the procedure on 10-17-19. I can see more result in my forehead ( were I did not get any) then the 11's between my eyes. Very unhappy, I was ripped off, and will difanetlty tell everyone I know about my experience.
