I come here every day and have for the last six months so Melissa when you read this review, I get a large coffee 3x5 and chocolate chip banana bread every day. Now the banana bread is seasonal and I can understand that so when I switched back to just coffee In the afternoons, that was fine. But I decided to start getting up early (even though I work 3rd shift) to go in to get hash browns. I go every day for coffee anyways, might as well get breakfast too. NOPE. I came to this location specifically because Melissa was always good at making sure customer service came first and I had a huge problem with the location near me in reynoldsburg. So I drive 14 miles a day to this Tim hortons just for coffee and hash browns. Recently they’ve had an older lady working the drive through window that wasn’t always rude but recently she’s been extremely rude to me which I don’t understand when I come there every single day. The other attendants (especially second shift) are very friendly. Well yesterday was close to the last straw when I came through the drive through at 10:20am and I was told they were done serving hash browns for the day when they advertised them being sold til 11. When I politely asked why this was the 8th time this has happened to me in a row (yes EIGHTH) the lady working the window, who was also working today told me “I don’t know what to tell you” in the rudest tone. So then I call knowing Melissa to take care of stuff like this. The same lady answers and pretends to be a manager. So I simply say I’ll call Melissa when she’s there. Today I return for my coffee and to speak to a manager. This was my last straw. This lady working the drive through (today 9/27 and yesterday 9/26 on first shift) said nothing to me, took my money, then proceeded to close the window and go do whatever returning five to six minutes later with my coffee. During this time I see Melissa walk by the window. After I receive my coffee, there is next to no sugar in it, it’s not stirred and I am irate. I spend well over $1000 a year at this company in coffee alone and if I were to get my breakfast that should be available at 10:20 every day, I’d spend twice that in a year. I call to speak to Melissa, and the drive through attendant answers the phone and LIES TO ME. She tells me Melissa is not there. So I told her I’d call back later. What I actually did was go home, dig the corporate number Melissa gave me six months ago out of a drawer and called to make a complaint considering driving to this location is a waste of my time anymore. It’s one thing to be out one or two days, it’s another to be out 8 days, tell your customer “I don’t know what to tell you” and then proceed to explain the hash browns take 22 min and you only cook three orders at a time. The saddest part is it was 10:20. They would have been done by 10:42, I would have waited and bought all three orders. But they argued with me about product they are supposed to have available when I am the one trying to give you money for stuff you should have. When I worked at Tim hortons I knew if someone came through at 10:59 and wanted hash browns, they were to be put in the oven and served. If you don’t the company loses money. And I guarantee I am not the only one that experiences this if I am a regular experiencing it.
I will NEVER return to this Tim hortons and since it is a franchised location, that’ll definitely show with how much I go there. You lost a solid customer. I may be a coffee addict, but I’ll drive to the south side Tim hortons before I ever come back here on first shift.

Read moreI ordered a dark roast coffee. It was bitter and I had an appointment across the street, so I dropped my vehicle off and walked back over. When I shared the problem, the young man tried to explain that this is just the way dark roast taste. I explained that I drink this kind every visit (not this location), so I know what it tastes like. He stared at me. He seemed annoyed. Then explained that they make it every 45 minutes, but was not able to tell me when it had last been made. He then brought me a small cup to sample and I explained that I never drink it black so it wouldn't work for me to judge it that way. I told him to give me some sugar so that I could see if that might help.
He lifted the entire box to the counter. It didn't help. He finally offered me a new one. From that same pot that had been sitting an unknown amount of time. He brought me a black cup. I explained that I had ordered a double double. He told me he would put it in a cup. He brought cream and sugar in a separate cup(but why? I hadn't tasted it). I accepted it, poured and mixed. but it didn't help. Another woman (white) returned her drink saying it wasn't correct. This same young man offered her an immediate apology and turned quickly to provide her correction. I noted this and then looked back where the dark roast had been sitting. The pot was gone, presumably to make a fresh pot. Good customer service would look like an apology and a cup from a fresh pot. This is an easy fix. I opted to not speak to anyone further. I've never been to this location before. I...
Read moreIf I could rate 0 stars I would. I went to this establishment around 12:30 on 9/13. First red flag was sitting in the drive thru for some time waiting for an employee to be ready to take my order. There wasn’t even a line and their front wasn’t open so I don’t understand the wait. I place my order and when I get to the window I see that my cashier is wearing a bonnet… very unprofessional even for a fast food establishment. She hands me a large frappe even though I specified that I wanted a small twice at the speaker. I wait more time for my sandwich which was handed to me by a man with very messy and ill-fitting clothes. Neither of the employees were in uniform and both of them need to be retrained on proper customer service. What scared me most about this man handing me the sandwich he made was that he had on no gloves and was wiping his bare hands off on his filthy shirt. He informs me after I already paid for the turkey club that they were out of bacon. My sandwich was DRIPPING with mayo almost to the point where I was convinced I ordered some sort of secret menu item for mayo lovers. Upon further inspection there were several short and curly black hairs hairs throughout my sandwich. I will never return here and wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemy. The establishment is dirty, ghetto, and needs an entire new staff or maybe a demolition. This is by far the worst fast food...
