Update Jan 21': I'm updating this review because in recent years I've started to stop here here more. The service here is usually above average and professional with covid protocols. The menu is still somewhat more limited from other subways and that is unfortunate. Service is quick as well! Everything being said it's very good and I will continue to stop here as I have quite a bit in recent years.
It's an alright subway. It isn't my favorite local subway but sometimes it is convenient and it is fine. There isn't anything wrong with it really. The drive into the parking lot of the subway is fairly steep and in the winter can be a real problem to get to. The one of the other street isn't much better and cross traffic that comes around in the winter can be daunting. That may be the largest issue with this location, just getting to it in the winter.

Read moreThis is the first review I have ever left but this was such a terrible experience I believe this to be warranted. I went to this subway on 12/21 around 2pm for my lunch break, I walk in and I don’t see anyone up front. I wait… and I wait and still no one comes to take my order. It’s fine, maybe they just didn’t hear me. So I walk to the pay station where I can see into the back and there are two workers (a younger woman and man) sitting down and eating. Which I understand, I’m on my feet most of the day for work so I know how you just need a break sometimes. But then, they both look at me and still nothing. They make no move to come help me and the young woman actually started laughing at me. I’m sure she saw I looked a bit frustrated and she shook her head and forced the man to come up and help me while she continued laughing. Read moreLooking for terrible customer service? Come on in this place. I ordered a sub online and didn’t receive a confirmation for the sub so I checked my bank account. Subway had charged my card, so I called to confirm they got my order. The lady told me I could just bring in my phone and show them my card was charged and they’d get my sub ready. Went in and showed them. Was told I couldn’t get the sub because they didn’t receive the order even though my account shows the charge and the place and day it was charged. So now I’m sitting here with less money and no sub. How does that work? I’m telling you that is some bad customer Service. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and own my own place.
