Good evening, I visited the restaurant between 9:20pm and 9:40pm. I pulled to the drive thru speaker to place my order, the gentlemen on the speaker was very rude and indifferent from the start. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he said very abrasive, NO! and the asked me if I was finished ordering I said No. Then proceeds to get loud as I am placing the order then a person who claimed to be the manager was worse then the order taker, loud told me " no one was getting smart or loud with me" and was I done placing my order. My guests and I decided to just pull out of line go to a Wendy's that always has super service and hot food, Easton Wendy's. Kenta and his team were wonderful. The order taker was very pleasant took my order as well as my guest with no issue at all. Kudos to team Easton. However, them manager and order taker at stone-ridge need documented for unseemly poor and rude behavior and the worst experience I have had at a Wendy's since I stopped working for the company. Read moreEVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location, the co workers have a severe attitude problem. To try and make things a little easier on both parts, I put in a large mobile order, and when I tried to let them know that I was there, the website didn't work and the lobby was locked, so I called to let them know I was there and the website wasn't working, she "WENT OFF ON ME" and said "I ain't running anything outside, I hv 2 people here and I ain't runnin outside" NOT, "I'm sorry sir, but we're very short handed and I'm going to hv to ask u to utilize our drive thru" just ALWAYS SO RUDE at THIS location. This location's WILL close soon, I can bet on it. UPDATE: ALL our food was cold and soggy, we had to ask for fresh fries, one of the meals Chicken club sandwich was made COMPLETELY wrong and both the frosty's we're cold milk. Read moreOver the last three to four months, this location continues to decline. The drive thru has become considerably slower, employees act like they hate their job, orders have been messed up, and this last visit the employee was barely talking over the speaker. I had to ask them to repeat what they said three times. Once I finally get my order completed, I get up to the window to find out that they are only taking cash. I apologized and told them that I did not hear that and before I could finish the person at the window blamed me for having my vehicle window up. I have been around long enough that I know as the person is pulling away in front of me, I start rolling my window down as I pull up to the speaker. Also, treating customers like this is unprofessional and rude. That was the last time that I will be going to this Wendy's.
