McDonald's — Restaurant in Milan Township

This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have visited in at least 5 years! The problems:

There was an older lady at the register, and she was not nice. She screamed to the back that she needed help at the front. A younger lady mentioned that she was off the clock and leaving, and the older lady couldn't be bothered to say goodbye or acknowledge her. Not very professional or kind.

The older lady went straight from the register to the burgers, opened them up, and began to yell at someone in the back that they weren't triple patties and were made wrong. I saw her the whole time, and she did NOT wash her hands. So gross. Then she was yelling at the back that they messed up and were holding up the line. They may have very well messed up someone else's order, but screaming like that and touching the food like that is just so gross.

Another lady came up and started messing with the latte machine (I believe). She started to tear it apart and said "When is the last time they cleaned this thing?" Gross. She yelled to the back to not take any latte orders.

The counters were dirty. The floor was dirty. There were old wrappers in the pop machine. All kinds of garbage in parking lot.

I got my food, and because I was in a hurry to get back on the road, I left. I didn't want to argue with the rude lady and try to get my money back, but I sure as heck didn't eat it either.

I honestly think this place needs a visit from the health department. Hopefully...

Stopped here for lunch after registering our daughter for school - big mistake. The manager running the front counter was downright rude & nasty - and the cleanliness of the restaurant was disgusting.

We ordered through the kiosk, grabbed our table tent, and sat down. We waited a bit, and after hearing a number being called after our own, we decided to just check and make sure we didn’t miss our order. The manager was extremely rude when asked if we had missed our order, and we apologized, saying we had heard a number over ours and just wanted to check one. She publicly shamed us in front of patrons for asking. A lady then appeared with a smile and handed us our food. We took the tray and sat down. The floor, tables, and seats are covered in food and dirt. We’ve currently been here for over thirty minutes and not once has anyone come to wipe down a table or clean the floor.

When I went back up to ask for napkins and salt/ketchup, the manager looked at me, then to the lady next to me, and said, “what do you want?” The lady replied that she needed the same. With a hefty sigh, and an eye roll, she turned around, grabbed two trays(one with salt/one with ketchup,) smacked them down in front of us, split the napkins, and said “here” shoving half at each of us.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds.

10/10 would not MC-Recommend unless there’s a MC-Attitude adjustment and the place...

While the food was pretty good for McDonald's, everything else was terrible. I loathe ordering off of the screen because it's always so dirty, no matter where you go. I was not able to order from the cashier, because no one would come to the front to help, nor clean anything. There was a woman who had chopped onions all over the outside of her burger AND a big pile of them in the wrapper. No one wanted to come to me while I stood at the register, so I found a young employee and told him one of the two stalls in the women's room had no toilet paper. None of the tables were cleaned. I had to choose the table with the least amount of food left on it. Another family got half of their food, and were told to wait to get their fries, as they had to serve them to the drive thru. The woman demanded they get the rest of their order before they make the drive thru a priority, since they had to wait long enough to get about half of their food. They also did not get their apple pies with their food, and had to wait to get them. I was hoping to get my food on a tray, but they put it in a bag. My burger was about 1/4 slid off of the bun. The employee who brought it to me asked me if I got my drink. I said that I was given nothing so far. I waited 15 minutes to get my food. Very poor service, and unkempt restaurant.
