Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Milford Charter Township

I called about a delivery and after I paid over the phone and tipped the delivery driver, the girl on the phone said “okay see you in about 45 minutes to an hour.”

I asked her to clarify what she meant because I ordered delivery and I just wanted to make sure she didn’t mean I’ll be coming there.

She gave me a nasty response saying, “well you ordered delivery so I’m assuming you’re the one we’ll be seeing.” I replied, “I’m sorry I was just asking for some clarification because you said, “see you in about an hour.”

She said to me, “I’m assuming you’re the one who will be receiving the pizza so THEY’LL see you in an hour.”

The correct response probably would have been, “no problem they well be delivering to you.” She was so pleasant and then when I asked a simple question, she got so nasty on the phone.

This girl needs to understand how to talk to people on the phone and be more kind. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. If she keeps taking to people that way, someone is going to snap back at her and she’ll definitely have a wake up call. So...

Had the worst sevice last night. call to order and the person who answered the phone didnt even know the location he was at. had to ask if we had the right place. Then after 30 mins of waiting the driver calls and said he cant find us. ( mind you I live 3 miles down on the same road as jets.) tryed helping him after 20 mins told him take it back. called jets again to tell them what happened ask them to make a new one for me and I will pick it up. showed up to get the pizza and got to deal with Breanna ( one rude girl ) she told me she had the driver take the same cold pizza to my house and never made another one . so I order again still dealing with the rudness of Breanna . I changed my mind about the pizza being I no longer trusted the place in making my food. ask for my money back and was told no they dont do that and she would write my name in a book for a credit but not the full credit and would not give me anything to show me I had a credit. I will never order from milford jets pizza again if this is there way of treating the people who keep them...

Worst jets experience ever I called and ordered a small pizza asked if I could do a split transaction was told yes got there and didn't take my card they tried to tall me there was a hold on The remaining money on the card which is absolutely bs just called the card company and they told me there should be no hold on my remaining funds it is a gift card in the first place I don't understand how someone can put a hold on a gift card i use these cards all the time have never had this problem and have never had a hold on my remaining funds EVER so if I call and I'm told there was no hold on my card why is it a loyal paying customer being turned away I'm pregnant was craving a Hawaiian pizza and I'm very unhappy with the service at this location I have been going to jets since I was 13 years old I am 25 I guess me and my pregnant ass will be taking my business and hard paying money...
