We were in March 26th 2019 and our server's name was Jesse. He did a fantastic job and I really appreciate how hard he worked to make sure everyone was cared for. I felt kinda bad for him as there obviously is new runners who don't know the table numbers or sections, hosts who don't do well at double or even triple seating the servers. The new people I get it are new but the runners brought the food to the wrong tables 12 times, I felt bad for the lovely people next to us who waited a good while because their food was brought to the wrong tables 3 times. We kind of just made light of the situation and tried to make them feel better. The manager that came out and dealt with the three tables was disinterested at best and actually charged them for the food they waited over an hour for. Now mind you this was not the servers fault having had a sister who was a waitress and being a waitress myself in the past, this was the hostesses and runners fault. The brunette female brought the food order 3 times to the wrong table and almost did again if it wasn't for the wonderful server being right there to correct her all while having to greet and take drink orders and food orders from 3 new tables seated all at once in his section. What a nightmare for the guy he was all the while pleasant and super wonderful. I think the restaurant needs to run proper support for their servers and maybe have some extra training for the support staff, and maybe a little more customer service or humility from the manager. Besides that the drink recommended was fabulous and the food was yummy. We lucked out and had speedy food delivered and Jesse was great with my toddler who wanted to say thankyou and kept calling his name. Thankyou! Give the servers raises they sure...

I placed my order it said at 7:17 your food will be delivered, then that changed to 7:32 then at 8 a hour after I had ordered I got a text saying my order had been canceled or modified I called and they told me my order had been stolen they already have made my food again and a driver is picking up my food. Another hour goes by again and I don’t hear anything or have my food and I called them again and they tell me the food had been sitting there and no one has picked it up and i asked well do I need to cancel or what and the lady didn’t care at all she just said no body has came by then after a few seconds of silence said I think a driver is coming now so I hang up 30-40 minutes later I call again because this is absolutely ridiculous I called about 12 times because they kept answer and said I’m gonna place you on hold then every single time I would get sent to a voicemail for a restaurant because that makes since then the 12th try calling someone answers then says the same thing can I place you on a brief hold I told the person no I’ve been trying to call the brief hold is you transfer if me to some voicemail box. I ordered my food damn near 3 hours ago what’s going on the lady on the phone didn’t care either and just said we are just canceling your order and hung up on me. Customer service was rude and terrible I understand not having any drivers but to not say anything having my phone number on file you can’t call to tell me my order isn’t being picked up it’s probably best we cancel I mean come on. Read morearrived Sunday November 7th at 2 pm sat a bar with my wife waited 20 minutes until bartender even acknowledged us asked for paper menu .. he preceeded to TOSS one menu at us. said we should have scanned the bar code in counter REALLY ( i had no phone with me ) put our drink order in 10 minuites later I got my drink my wife never received hers waited another 5 minuites finally she got her coke. another 15 minutes passed we asked if he could take our order ( we were being ignored ) even though he had a 5 minute PERSONAL conversation with gentleman next to us and didn't take our order I asked if he could finally take our order he YELLED at us and said I asked you 3 times which of course was a lie... i then said we we should just leave .. since you do not care.. he YELLED and said good get the HELL out of here left and complained to management.. they asked if we wanted a different table I said no thank you with such RUDE service how can we enjoy our stay ... I'm 60 years old retired USAF been all over the world... this is by far the worst service i have ever had we will NEVER ever be back.... if service us this bad from one bartender .... how can we ever trust your service my wife is so so AFRAID of retaliation ... deeply...
