I wanted to love the food, it just didn’t hit the spot. Maybe I went the wrong day or the wrong time but I wasn’t pleased with my meal, the price was about average for what I ordered but I did have to ask the server to give me more chicken and less sides. We also tried the grilled chicken with rice and beans, and it hit the spot—simple, hearty, and delicious. The plantains were perfectly caramelized too. Generous portions, great taste, and friendly service—we’ll...
