Went in with a cracked screen on my phone. $265 later my screen doesn’t work. She fixed my screens, I paid and went on my way. By the time I got to my car I noticed my screen was flashing and wouldn’t react to my finger. Went back in 5 minutes later and was told “well you chose the cheaper screen.” NEVER ONCE was a screen choice offered/mentioned to me. I was only told the price and how long. After being upset about the “fixed” screen not working I was told If I “want the better screen I have to pay more money.” After $265 and still a screen that doesn’t work I absolutely will not be paying more money. Second time she told me she fixed the phone. Once again by the time I get to my car it’s flashing. I also now have a problem with my battery not keeping charge and won’t charge past 85% , mind you nothing was wrong with my phone before this besides a cracked screen. I have no clue what she did to my phone but I’d much rather have $265 in my pocket and just a cracked screen. After all that money I now have to go else where to someone who knows how to fix a phone or possibly get a new one. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! HUGE Waste of money....

I got my iphone screen repaired at cell phone world in the Milford mall. They told me it was under warranty for 3 months. The screen broke after 2 months. I brought it back to be fixed before the warranty was up. There was only 1 worker in the store. He told me he would replace it but I'd have to come back at a later date because he was alone. I came back a week later while my phone was still under warranty and a different man was there. He refused to fix it for free. He said it was my fault that it broke and he claimed that the warranty didn't cover the screen. So apparently the warranty was actually worthless. I told him about the other worker that told me he would repair it and he didn't believe me. He called me a liar. To make me go away, he gave me a screen protecter for free and said, "are you happy now?" I wish I had read the other review of this place before I had gone there. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. I'm putting this review up so that you won't make the same mistake I did. Don't go there and warn...

nice people and their interaction is good . they have good collection of phone cases and I never seen these type of sales man. I am very happy with their service . I refer my friends to go there . and as well as they do phone repairs . I am standing here for 5 to 10 minutes . so many customers are coming here and they are doing repair and all are talking about their store . the sounds great to hear about the store . I like this store. Good hearted persons are working there 2 guys are working they are very smart in work. I appreciate them. thank you...
