Not sure if the guy working there tonight was having a bad day or what. He was rude within the first sentence he exchanged with our group. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt because everyone has their days. Unfortunately, he just did not redeem himself. We were kind and patient and he was not. He was not there to greet us at the door just shouted “can I help you guys” from behind the bar” where we then said “yes hi we’re here for our 5:30 reservation” he then replied saying “ok you can come back here then” with an attitude, I then said “ok I just thought maybe someone would be coming to the front” he snapped “no I’m the only one here” I looked at my friend and said “I don’t like his attitude, am I bugging?” She said no I don’t know what his issue is. Like I said wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt so we went over to the bar and I wish we left when my gut told me to. $165 for 5 ppl one hour and that attitude to ruin our night. It really sucks because this place is close to home and looks nice inside, for the company’s sake I hope he was just having a bad day and will check himself because I’ve never regretted making a purchase like that i honestly wanted to walk out after 2 min but judging by his attitude I don’t think he would’ve given us a refund lol. I hope there’s other workers there that are good at customer service so they can have a better experience than we did. So so so...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I called “Crazy horse axe throwing” to make a reservation for his birthday. The guy answered the phone and was very rude from the start. He asked us how many people and what time and responded with “alright yeah” and then didn’t say anything else so we ended up eventually hanging up the phone. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation which was 6:45pm and all of the lights were shut off. We could see someone inside so we decided to call them and see what was going on. We watched the man ignore the phone call and then go over to the phone and mute it. We waited a few minutes and then called again. He answered the phone this time and said “we closed because you didn’t give us your card information.” We were very confused because he never asked us for it and their hours online said that they were open until 9pm. He continued to be rude to us the rest of the phone call and never apologized and made it seem like we were in the wrong. Very unprofessional. Will not...
Read moreRough location, but I was excited to spend some time with my family here on a weekday evening. The building itself is a bit run down, dark, and mostly empty. The bartender, Riley, was very sweet and attentive. The owner, however, didn’t leave much of a positive impression on me. He didn’t really say hello to us and seemed agitated when Riley suggested that they needed to do something with the carbonation at the bar as the beer was pouring flat. The extent of my direct interaction with him was when he came out to the room where we were playing pool and slipped a coaster under my glass… that was resting on a laminated table. I don’t really love when someone else touches my drink to begin with in a public space, but I thought the gesture seemed unwelcoming. In the future, I would suggest that the owner politely ask his patrons to use a coaster if he would prefer that. I’d be happy to move my glass myself, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anyway....
