I work right next door to their new location so I was very happy when they opened. Have gone there a few times with mixed experiences. Went there tonight for dinner had a horrible experience. It took over an hour to make my order which I had placed online ahead of time. When I said something about wait time the cashier went to the manager and the manager said they would take 20% off of the bill. I was okay with that except that when I looked at the new bill the manager had taken 20% off but had given them a 20% tip so my total was the same. When I tried to discuss it with the manager they denied doing that even with the receipt right in front of them. After "punching" in more buttons on the computer they printed a new receipt that did have the 20% off and no tip. The manager never said that they were sorry or apologized in anyway. I will be thinking twice about going back and will be sure to tell my fellow coworkers about...

Last night I was in the mood to take out something healthy for dinner, and since Silver Sands is right around the corner from me, I decided to give it a shot.
I ordered the Tuscan chicken salad and it was SO delicious! Normally I am underwhelmed by take out salads, especially from pizza restaurants. But every single ingredient in this salad was so fresh and flavorful. No sad iceberg lettuce here! I was expecting it to be topped with a thin, dry piece of chicken, but got the exact opposite. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the pesto flavor was so satisfying. And never mind the huge portion size- I had a huge portion of salad for dinner and then another huge portion for my lunch the next day! Such a great value for a little over $10.

Last time I ordered a pizza, it was so soggy that it was literally dripping wet like it had been through a car wash and couldn't even be hand held. Thinking that one bad experience was a fluke, I tried to give them a second chance and simply ordered a sandwich and some garlic knots. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order that they said would take 20 minutes, and was told they needed 5 more minutes. After waiting 15, they said "1-2 more minutes." Meanwhile I was the only customer waiting in a nearly empty restaurant. After another 5 minutes had passed, I just said forget it and insisted on a refund, and left without my food. How do you see that one customer is literally standing there waiting for 20 minutes and not prioritize their order that would take 5 minutes to make? Was a waste of 30 minutes of my life, but at least I learned...
