Dragon 168 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Milford

Placed order for pickup, bad idea. Was told 10 minutes and when I showed up after 13-14 minutes, she said 5 minutes. Another 15 minutes later and the food was ready. In my downtime I walked around and observed their 40 foot ladder laying on ground with sheetrock dust all over it. Their fly collection on the window sill, which makes sense because they have a screen door but it was propped wide open. In this time I also observed the cook/cashier, touching her nose multiple times, playing on her phone(full of germs)almost the whole time, and all of this without gloves. They used the utensils to turn the faucets on and off the used those utensils to stir my food. I have never had a problem with the food...I've had their delivery many many times over the past 17 years, but to see what goes on behind the scenes did it for me. I will never order from this place again. When I asked why it took so long when she told me ten minutes she said something about rice, and when I said I cant eat here anymore after what I saw in there she said ok and basically shooed me away. I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!! TRY THE BOTTLED WATER !!! ITS THE COLDEST WATER IN CT. It was my first day in Connecticut. I randomly chose Dragon 168 for some Chinese food. I'm glad I did. Everything was delicious. I haven't had good Chinese food in a long time and thus made up for all the bad. I will definitely go back, and I highly recommend it .
