D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Milford

My pregnant sister and dad went to eat there today, and my sister asked if she can have lettice, tomatoes, and onions on the side instead of in the sandwich. They said yea and put in the plastic container with a rude attitude and told the other to make sure she charges us. My sister then said why would you charge us if i want it on the side and she said because its in the plastic container so my sis said alright just put it in the paper and she would eat from there. The lady said it was fine but kept giving attitude. Thats not why im writing this review though its after they payed the lady kept harassing them while they were eating saying she wants to call the police on them. At this point they were at the booth literally trying to eat while the employee is harrassing them and threatening them. The only reason my sister thinks she kept yelling at them was because my dads is arab and has darker skin and a heavy accent. My dad yelled "Leave us alone we are trying to eat!" And thats when sis took her phone out to record incase things escalated. Luckily it didnt, the lady calmed down after yelling at them i think the owner stepped in front thank God she was wearing a white shirt. The manager seemed entitled like it was her store, maybe shes realted to the owner? Anyways, they should hire staff that know how to be nice to customers and can treat them with respect especially when there trying to eat. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be harrassed while...

I'm fairly new to the area and decided to try this place out and am so glad I did. The sub was delicious and felt so welcomed by the staff, especially Steve. He guided me through the menu, popular items and his personal favorites with an authentic smile and great attitude. Since then he knows my order and seems to treat every customer i've seen like a friend he's known for years. Customer service like this is rare these days. Some things are a bit pricey but in todays economy its to be expected, however I always feel like i get the appropriate value...

There is an AMAZING associate at this location – LITA! Lita has personally ensured my meal is cooked to my liking for several years. When she has the flexibility Lita even hand delivers it to me with a smile 😊. She also inquires how my family and I are all doing. I felt special until I saw her do the same thing to another guest! I cannot say enough about Lita and the thought, care, and grace Lita puts into her role at D’Angelo’s Milford, MA. She is the only reason I chose to patronize...
