I GO TO THIS STORE EVERYDAY AND SPEND ATLEAST 20 DOLLARS. I WENT TODAY AND TRIED RELOADING MY DUNKIN APP. WHEN I DID MY BALANCE STAYED AT ZERO. THE APP WAS MALFUNCTIONING. WE WERENT ABLE TO PAY FOR THE COFFEES AND FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS ERROR. MY WIFE ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND HE TREATED HER VERY POORLY AND SENT HER AWAY DENYING OUR ORDER TO US. I THEN ENTERED THE STORE AND ASKED THE MANGER TO PROVIDE ME THE DISTRICT MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. ESPECIALLY A LOYAL ONE. HE DENIED ME ANY ACCESS TO THE NUMBER AND ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME. I UNDERSTAND A JOB CAN GET FRUSTRATING BUT IT IS YOUR JOB AND YOU HAVE TO LIVE UP TO IT. I FEEL LIKE MY WIFE AND I WERE TREATED LIKE BEGGARS. I FINALLY SPOKE WITH THE DM IN PERSON AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE GAVE US OUR ORDER BUT BY THAT TIME OUR ORDER WAS COLD AND COFFEE WAS COLD ALSO. ALL IN ALL, THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATIONS REALLY NEEDS AN ADJUSTMENT. I DONT NEED TO GO TO WORKS AGGRAVATED BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE HATES THERE JOB. I stopped several times there and so is my husband and our experiences are the same...i ask for my flatbread well toasted and it's not or a few times they give it to me frozen! Yeah frozen!!! I only saw that it was frozen 5 minutes in to my travels.... My husband he always asks butter on is bread, croissants etc... Because is on the go.. So it's easy to eat... We'll They never do!!! When he drives away he gets upset because he as to stop and put the butter on it... Last but not least napkins... Really!!!?? No napkins? What do you expect after you eat or spread butter?! I said ok, well the menu says otherwise, after arguing with me about it over the drive thru speaker. I changed my order to a frozen coffee. I drive up to pay which is fine, no other talk about the previous type of coffee I requested in the beginning. After a bit this girl comes to the window to argue with me about the iced vanilla bean latte. I kept telling her it was on the menu and she kept telling me no, no, no. I said go see for your self.
