Fuji Restaurant — Restaurant in Milford

Ordered 2 lunch special all food prepared wrong. I'm allergic to onions clearly write that on every order mo onions no veggies with rice missing 2 soups then delivery guy calls me to say he is in lobby. I've ordered a dozen times before. My food was given to neighbor in wheelchair!!! I called delivery guy since he just called 3 minutes prior to tell me he was I. Lobby I told the girl at fugi when ordering plus wrote on my order i was ourside on pIcnic tables ONLY PERSON THERE. So my rude ignorant neighbor preceeded to start eating my food. Delivery guy told me to call restaurant. Restaurant said they would replace the fried scallops but said they were very busy. So opened other containers and my cousin and friends said they would never eat food given to someone else he opened up all right in front of several neighbors. Rice and Gen tso cov in scallions and shrimp and rice had other veggies even when I clearly asked for PLAIN. OTHER DINNER SAME ISSUES. NO SOUP NO SILVERWARE. I specifically said no sauce no tarter no cookies but kindly asked for plastic silverware as friend was coming for lunch!! It all went In garbage. It better be replaced or capital one credit card bill will be disputed not to mention I was charged for delivery fe and i left extra...

Stay away from here! I had a horrible experience. They should NOT be allowed to remain in business!! The management would NOT respond to my messages regarding my experience at the establishment. I wanted my money back! They didn’t refund me and have poor customer service not to mention are extremely negligent with what they serve!!! I could have reversed the charges but chose not to but should have. They are lucky I didn’t sue them or die!! If it were someone else Im sure they would have been sued! They sent me lo mein with hard plastic shards all over it and I and my husband both ate some not realizing it wondering what we were crunching on! I reported it to the health department and would like to warn others to be PLEASE be careful eating here and go to another restaurant. That was the first and last time I will EVER eat at Fuji!!!! My fiancé and I loyally order from here when we are craving Chinese food or sushi. Not only does the food always hit the spot, but their service is amazing.
