We stopped in before we were leaving for my son’s Wedding. On September 4,2025. I ordered our meal. Then pulled around. Got it. Once I looked inside I realized we didn’t have the chicken wrap we ordered. It was with the $5 meal that had a choice of 2 sandwich’s a fry and drink. My daughter got the spicy chicken and the wrap but it wasn’t there. So, I pulled around and went inside and the older woman asked if she could help. I told her I was just in drive thru and we didn’t get the wrap. She said “ok, I’ll get it taken care of “ but the shift lead, a younger woman, rudely said “it was in the bag. “ I said it wasn’t and she said “well it’s not in here so it was in the bag. I put it in there. “ incredibly rude and prideful. I told her it was NOT be in there and she continued to imply that I was lying. For a Chicken wrap? Like $1.29?! Why would I lie? So I said “Are you implying that I’m lying? Do you want to come to my car and see?” And she said yes!! So, I walk out to my car, where my wife and daughter are. It’s embarrassing and I’m frustrated at this point. She looks through the bags, she looks in my back seat where my daughter is. Over a $1.29 wrap. That I paid for. She never apologized. Continued to fight with me and then tried to gaslight me into thinking that I stole this and she never said I was lying. I’ve never been more upset and embarrassed. I would never steal and if I was trying to get a free food item, it would have been the $9 sandwich I ordered not the cheap wrap. There needs to be some coaching for this “shift lead”. She didn’t represent yall well at all and I will never come back. I work for a local radio station, and haven’t said anything and I’m not looking to publicly disparage your business but I’m telling my friends about my experience. Read moreFirst timer here. I travel a lot in different states and I decided to stop in and grab some lunch. I was greeted politely as the employee patiently wanted me to order. I stated it was my first time and I was scanning the menu. He said take your time! I ordered a medium sized #4 which was a monster burger without mayo. I also ordered 3 piece tender because I wanted to try them. I was then told the food would be taken to our table. When I received my order the burger definitely had mayo, I simply told them the mistake and it was fixed immediately. When my order was taken to my table the first time I had a good amount of fries and when I received the correct order I received less fries then before. But no worries I begin to eat my burger. The burger was extremely greasy, the bread was so filled of grease it was breaking entirely. I still ate the sandwich, now when I went to eat the fries they was over salty and not enjoyable at all. For dessert I ordered a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was cold and undercooked at this point I didn’t wanna come back with another complaint. The restaurant was clean, tables was also clean. I have no complaints about the employees here. Would I eat here again or even at another Hardee’s I don’t think I would. One last thing. Our order first took over 10 minutes receive after pulling up to the back of the building out of the drive thru window. Upon receiving our order, I asked the employee, Jess, if everything was in the bag since the bag was very small to fit a sandwich and 3 fries in. Her response was “um, I guess I don’t know” with very smug and rude attitude. I opened the bag and in fact was missing a large fry. I went to pull around the front of the building and witnessed Jess smoking a cigarette after just handing me my order . I find this to be not only rude, but disgusting as your handling food. I went inside the building w the food to not only report this, but get a refund on an almost $20 order. I don’t appreciate attitude and handling food in that manner . Evonne the manager on duty was not pleased with her employees actions and was sure to correct her, although Jess was not pleased and continued with her disrespect.
