They take more the 30 minutes to go to the table and ask if we want something to drink they never ask if we was ready to order our food, we order and after a long time waiting we ask to get our food to go they said the food was ready to be served at the table but we stay for another good 20 minutes. After living in Miami for a few years I was worried about the ceviche situation moving back to CT. But after eating at Incas, my worries are no more. Great, simple ceviches. Peruvian cerveza. Primo saltado. What a great spot....
