Slices — Restaurant in Milford

I used UberEats to place an order. As my first order was being delivered, I watched the Uber map as the driver drove AWAY from the destination (me). Then I received a “unable to deliver”notification. I contacted the restaurant after I reordered just to explain what happened, he told me I had to call UberEats because he had already made the food. He told me it wasn’t his problem and kept repeating “you’ve got to call UberEats”. I was not rude or angry when I called, I only wanted to let the restaurant know what happened. The reviews here don’t do this place justice. People put 1 Star for dumb reasons.

This is my go to place for pizza, not only is it cheap but it’s delicious Italian style pizza. The pizza will be thin and oily which is my preference. The crust is tasty and I’ve never had anything burned. I live close by so the pizza is always hot but it will cool quickly, if it’s cold just heat it back up.

I’ve tried 15 other pizza places in the area and this has always been my favorite.

I absolutely LOVE Slices! Even just their plain cheese pie is excellent. They have a great special Monday-Wednesday for a large cheese for $8. And the large seems VERY large! The sauce is tasty and not too acidic. The crust is thin but not too thin and not soggy at all. I definitely recommend this place, many of these reviews do not do them justice!
