Pollo a la Brasa Pikkos Peruvian Cuisine — Restaurant in Milford

Better chicken from BJs for 7.99. I would not go back. I get it's a small business. But I cant imagine it will thrive. Nothing about the food service or place would make me return. It was a long time for my order , the menu was very confusing. The chicken was not finished in my mind and white rice ? I feel bad but I call them the way I see them . Try for yourself but I think Boston chicken is better than this place .

I never ever try to hurt any business. I don't own a restaurant. I just give honest reviews .If your business is offended by my comments? You need to look at your business from the other side of the counter. Taking criticism from your customers is a way of learning about what you can do better at your location. I waited way too long during lunch. One person running the whole place by themselves? Not a good idea. The menu has odd pricing and when I questioned the person behind the counter had to explain it because it was difficult to figure out what to order based on the menu prices. Rotisserie chicken normally has skin cooked on it sometimes crispy or at least dark and well finished. Mine had no skin and had some sort of red spices just applied to it. ? It was bland and honestly appeared to be boiled. The rice was plain white rice with zero added, no flavor , no saffron,nothing like it came out of a box and was sticky.

If you feel this is a personal attack on your family's 15 year recipe? It's nothing more than an observation of what I purchased ate and honestly threw away half of . I'm sure you have good intentions. But don't let your pride get in the way of making improvements to your service and product. I wish you the best of luck , although I don't think this location will succeed unless you...

An absolute "Must try" restaurant!! The food here is absolutely delicious!! Bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection... (I Highly, Highly recommend the Lomo Saltado! 😉) I'm convinced that anyone who says, or has said, there's no flavor in these dishes either has a lack of taste buds or wanted to cop a free meal and failed!! The staff are very friendly, welcoming & extremely helpful if you have any questions or need recommendations!! They also go above & beyond to make sure the customer enjoys EVERYTHING about their experience here!! And to top it all off menu prices balance out with the amount of delicious food you get!! This place is truly worth putting at the top of your "Bucket list" if you have not had the chance to check...

I’ve been at Pikkos three times and tasted their Chaufa chicken rice, roasted chicken, empanadas, tostones, yellow rice with veggies, and today I had their mixed ceviche which was out if this world as far as freshness, variety of fish items and quantity; best I had in a long time!! Their prices are spot on … the size of their servings is exceptional and quality/taste is excellent. I will keep working my way thru their menu but up to now everything I’ve tasted is DELISH . A true gem in Stratford. If you like latin american food and Peruvian dishes, this is a must try. You can eat there but mostly this is a takeout...
