I feel like I'm living in the Twilight Zone anymore. What in the heck happens to customer service? I do not understand but I pull through Rally's drive through and not even a live person comes to the intercom speaker it just says pull forward and I'm behind one car I never see one person come to the window and all the 15 probably 20 minutes I sat there and I tried to call the store eventually no answer. I'm back up to the intercom trying to get a live person. Nobody comes to the intercom some rude girl Kiki comes outside yells at me across the parking lot and says can you pull to the window? I said the window in front of me I can't there's a car there and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes. It seems like nobody was even in the car. Now mind you this is the first live person and interaction I've had with this business at this point. She says it's because they have wings. Okay so tell her I I am working and I'm picking this food up from my job, can I please pull around to the other window and pick it up. She is so rude yells at some other kid and says just give it to her! I don't know if these people are trained to say hey if you're going to order something that takes 20 minutes to cook to please pull over to the side so other customers can get their food while we wait for Theirs to be done, or if this is just really how they're trained these days which I highly doubt period what is your problem why can't somebody pull up to the second drive-thru window after being totally ignored and blown off for 20 minutes and pick up an order that was called in that's just sitting there getting cold by the minute? You want me to pull back up here and wait longer know this is for my job also and my customer is paying good money for this food. If you got something that's going to cook and it's going to take 15-20 minutes, pull them up into a parking spot like every other restaurant and tell him you'll bring their food out to them. We shouldn't have to wait in a fast food line for 20 minutes because somebody doesn't feel like walking somebody else's order outside. Freaking...
Read moreLess than an hour ago at approximately 3:30 p.m. the Rally's on Lila Avenue in Milford Ohio I walked up to the window for service because I'm a route driver in my box truck won't fit and the drive-thru been looking forward to this moment to get to O'Reilly's because they're few and far between anymore and at 3:30 I had no problem in pulling into the parking lot walking up to the window to get service well it started without a greeting from a short black manager and he took my order and he turned back around and had some words with the cook this was a white male about 5 ft 10 ball head with a slim Mohawk style haircut he was making the food well they were having words with each other and this carried on during my entire visit of getting food they had one car at the drive-thru and totally disorganized this cook was upset and he walked to the back and the black manager walked back to him they had a few words that I could not hear and then cook came back to the station and the manager went back to the window as he was making a drink or two for the drive-thru at that moment the cook flipped off the manager from his station which the manager couldn't see anyway because of the barrier in between each other but they were clearly having a problem with each other I'm standing there suffering as a customer having to watch this and then the cook puts my bag on counter ,said nothing to me and went back to station... I ordered large fry, received half full medium, no receipt given to me.. this has to be in the top two all-time worst experiences of unprofessional behavior I've ever seen I'm 61 years old that's a lot of fast food restaurant experiences over the years it is so embarrassing for rallies and I hope something is done to rectify this situation starting with a complete redo of management training and how to handle employee situations especially in the presence...
Read moreJust went to order at the Rally’s in Milford OH on Lila Avenue and the lady working the drive-thru was the most rude person I have ever experienced. She’s clearly not cut out to be working in the customer service industry. We got in the left hand lane to order and she told us that side is only for DoorDash orders which is fine, but if there is a sign posted it needs to be more clearly posted especially when it’s raining. Then once we switched over to the other side we were ordering a number 7 plain with a large cherry coke and a large fry she repeated it back wrong so we gave her our order more clearly and not yet finished with our order she just blurted our our total. We told her we weren’t done ordering and her response was “then you’re going to need to hold on!” Umm excuse me? I’ve worked in a drive-thru before it’s not like it takes a rocket scientist to figure out how to ask a customer to let you catch up on ringing in their order. “Please give me one moment” would have been a much less rude response. She didn’t have a welcoming tone to her voice it’s like she absolutely didn’t care about anything. We told her she could just delete it because we were leaving. She just said okay and stared us down as we were leaving and waved goodbye. I literally just wanted a Rally’s spicy chicken sandwich and fries after getting some really awful news and leaving may have been an over reaction, but when I say she was the most rude person I have ever encountered working a drive thru I mean it. I will never be back to that Rally’s or really any Rally’s again since that is the only one semi-close, which is still 15 minutes from my house. What a joke! I can’t believe I drove all that way to be treated that way. Instead my husband, 2 kids and I took our business to Chic-Fil-A where they have respectful people working no matter how busy or slow they are. Thanks for...
