RICCA'S PIZZA ITALIAN & MEXICAN RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Milford

I have to say writing this review is very disappointing and something I don’t enjoy. I have ordered several stuffed pizzas from this establishment since they first opened. There was a time it was amazing and very full of the toppings you selected. Last night on 1/11/24 I ordered two stuffed pizzas one with all pepperoni and one with pepperoni, sausage and ground beef (it comes with 3 toppings). Well the pizza smells just as amazing as it always did and the flavor is still very good in my opinion however that’s about where it stops. The ground beef was omitted from my pizza and per slice there 1-2 sausage crumbles and 1-2 pepperoni slices at best. It is very very thin and not what a stuffed pizza should be. I called and all I got was “the girl who rung me up was knew and didn’t know where to select ground beef” well that’s fine I understand that but it’s your job to show her. I also got “I was losing money because of the guy that used to make the pizzas because he was putting so much in there and now we have measurements to go by”. Ok well first that’s not any concern of mine and second I as the customer did not get what I paid for. With that being said I understand having to cut back on the quantity of the toppings but what was in my pizza or lack there of is unacceptable. I would post pictures but I don’t see that option unfortunately. It is as flat or flatter than just a regular pizza slice. She offered $5 off...

Parking was easy, strip mall, plenty of parking. We came in just before normal human dinner time. It was a ghost town in there, and pretty much the whole part of town we drove through. The place was pretty big inside, dark, kinda scary. My friend said if we were rating it now, it would have to be a 1. I admit that I was a little uneasy at first. The service was good, anything we needed we got quickly.

We all ordered water, cold, refreshing, no weird metal taste.

I ordered 2 tacos, chorizo & carnitas. Chorizo taco...had a nice char on it, moist, no sauce needed. I didn't go crazy about it, but it was solid. The green sauce they brought out was outstanding. My notes mentioned that "it's way too good". Carnitas taco...up there in the middle of the road, had a little dry to it. I wasn't that charged up about the tortillas. They were decent.

I ordered the torta cubano. I really enjoyed everything about this sandwich besides the hot dog on there. I know it mentioned it in the menu, but this doesn't really need to be on there. Keep hot dogs away from my Mexican food. It just doesn't feel right to me.

My friend got the fried tilapia with beans and rice. I tried the fish, it was good even though I'm not big on tilapia. It'll never be a swordfish, no matter how hard it tries. He was satisfied with his dish and had no complaints.

I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken fingers and fries. The delivery guy calls me when he gets here. Except he wasn’t here he was at a whole different building. I told him I was out front of my job and didn’t see him. He hung up on me 4x. I call the restaurant to let them know he dropped my food off at the wrong place. Mind you, he hands my food to someone else who wasn’t me or anyone I knew. And just leaves my food with them. The lady at the restaurant tells me that they would remake my order because it’s been an hour and I still have not recieved my food. So instead of making it right and making new order the delivery guy picks up my old order from wherever he dropped it off and God only knows who’s hands it’s been it or what they could have done to my food. And brings it back to my job and drops it off. The restaurant refused to make a new order and refused a refund. Order from them all the time. I will never return to...
