This rating is based on a fast food location, NOT vs a gourmet restaurant. 5 stars absolutely fit for this location. We had a team of 6 come in for a large order. The cashier/ order taker was attentive and got all our order. We found a table to fit our group and before we even started digging into the bags of food, a service person came by to ask if we missed anything.
We started looking into our order and surprise we did miss a deluxe chicken sandwich and we wanted more sauces too. The server went back to the counter and within two minutes got all the stuff that we were missing.
When we were eating our food, they checked on us a couple more times before we were finished.If we needed anything additional. Their service is better than some restaurant service table treatment...

I overheard people complaining about this when they first opened but thought they would have fixed it by now. I ordered ahead and marked Im Here 10 minutes before just to ensure I could grab and go. They didnt even begin to make it until I asked for it even though no one else was there. I missed my train waiting for them and it cost me an extra $20 in ride share.

While I was wondering what was going on, a manager-like person came over and apologized, saying, "Sorry, our coffee machine is broken, so there's a delay. Would you like some snacks in the meantime?"
