Sat. April 12th, 6pm This was the first time visiting this in n out burger place. We live in the area, so we have eaten at other in and out locations.

It appeared at first glance that it was like any other in and out with the long lines and lots of cars for drive through as well.

Where it differed is the service and the lack of it. We will order number 82. We started hearings seventy three, come up then seventy four, then sometimes seventy six, and then it went back down again, and then it finally hit to eighty one eventually. That's when things started changing, as it jumped past our number and went all the way to nearly one hundred.

Keep in mind we only ordered one double double and one cheeseburger with fries. When it skipped us in the five places I came up to the kid that was yelling loudly the numbers of orders and asked him, where's our order. It took him a minute or two to look around, and he (with a glare) and said, it's coming up, so we sat back down. When more orders starting to surpass our order, I asked another employee (not the same one) where our order was? He looked around and found our bag order, but he wasn't the one to hand it to people, but he said it's coming to you soon. I was thinking with my wife, couldn't he just hand us the bag to us already?

When it finally got to 101 order, another kid decided to look around and grab our bag and give it to us finally. Not the same one that was yelling out the orders without the p.a. and he was making other funny sounds as well.

We got our food and it was cold as the room temperature. The cheese was hard The beef was cold to the bite. And the sauce or mayonnaise, just simply melt it into the bread. They had our order. They must have not liked that we approach them to ask.And they left our order there on purpose to wait longer. It turned from a potentially delicious meal to a really gross meal, and the service went from your usual fast food, decent In n Out service to...

In-N-Out is pretty popular in California. This one is right by the airport, so it's an easy way for tourist to just see see the whole deal is about quickly. Honestly for me, it's a pretty decent burger, especially at its price point (very cheap). I've had better burgers, but they're often way more expensive (so, it's not really comparing apples to apples). You probably have to compare the food here to McDonald's, and In-N-Out is definitely better. The fries are pretty bland, though (which is another pretty common thing people say about In-N-Out). I actually got the fries Animal Style, which everyone says to do, but it didn't really help much. Overall, I would recommend this place to newcomers to the city and state, but try not to overhype the burger; a lot of locals have nostalgia for the place, and I think that's led to a lot of the overhyping and potential backlash I've seen (to...

I have been here many times for drive thru and inside, usually when I am in the area where I need a quick bite. The drive thru and when you order inside basically consumes the same amount of time unless if you go right when they open. At times the lines can be long but it does not bug me since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding where I never encountered an issue at any of my visits. Their menu is simple, they offer burgers, fries and drinks. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me. This In-N-Out location is great, because it stands out from other fast food options. I highly recommend this place to all burger enthusiasts, to anyone in need of a quick bite just like me if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they...

San Francisco Airport A seasoned foodie who has lived near SFO for almost 6 years has curated a list of the best nearby restaurants and bubble tea spots for you! 1. Restaurants 🌟New England Lobster Market 📍Burlingame Super affordable 🦞! Their chips are absolutely delicious! Lobsters come in different sizes, with the smallest ones costing around $15-20. They also sell oysters and other seafood, but the preparation is quite simple and very American. 🌟Spicy Factory 📍Burlingame A unique new Korean restaurant 🇰🇷. Their signature dish is spicy rice cakes topped with mozzarella cheese that stretches! So satisfying! You can add various toppings like ramen and fish balls... It's a huge portion, perfect for 2-3 people. They also serve Korean fried chicken 🍗 and beer 🍺. The decor is very trendy and clean, with some special imported Korean drinks that girls will love 🤳. 🌟Amami sushi 📍San Bruno Japanese cuisine 🇯🇵. Sushi 🍣 and sashimi options are plentiful and the quality of the fish is super fresh. Although it's run by Chinese, the ingredients are top-notch and the prices reflect the quality. 🌟In-n-out burger 📍Millbrae A California 🇺🇸 burger 🍔 chain that only sells burgers and fries 🍟. They really focus on doing one thing well. Their fries are peeled and fried fresh in-store, making them the best fries I've ever had. Business is always booming! 2. Bubble Tea/Coffee Shops 🌟Happy Lemon 📍San Bruno 📍Burlingame A popular chain from China. Their milk cap with black tea is the most famous drink. I personally prefer their cake milk tea, which is very creamy, but make sure to ask for less sugar, otherwise it can be too sweet. 🌟Tiger Tea & Juice 📍Burlingame A highly-rated bubble tea shop on Yelp. They specialize in fresh fruit teas 🍊 and organic milk teas made with fresh fruits (a breath of fresh air in the bubble tea world). My favorite is their oolong milk cap, which I think tastes even better than Heytea's from China. I always head straight there after landing for a cup of tea 🍵. Their drinks aren't overly sweet (which I love). I often order the grapefruit green tea, which is very refreshing. Highly recommended for those who like strong tea flavors. 🌟Jamba Juice 📍Millbrae A place that specializes in juices made from various fruit and vegetable combinations. I used to love their Tropical Green when I first came to the US, but now that there are more branches, the taste can vary from store to store. 🌟Blue bottle coffee 📍San Mateo A famous coffee shop ☕️ originating from San Francisco, recognizable by its blue bottle logo. The drinks are quite standard but taste good. If you're looking to visit some iconic spots in SF, this is a great option near the airport.

Off the plane & burger in hand within 45mins! For all of those interested, here is my short guide to get a quick layover In-N-Out meal when flying through SFO. I landed at Gate F, followed signs to EXIT, walked out of security and followed signs to BART (~10 mins). Note: Make sure you download the Clipper App and preload with $10 (roundtrip fare is $9.90). Take the BART to Millbrae Station, (~5 mins). From here, exit the station and walk to In-N-Out (exit the station on the left, ~10min walk). The food was fresh, no line (served within 10mins), and I was even served before they were officially open. Always delicious, it's In-N-Out! Highly recommend to anyone with a longer layover in SFO (>2.5hrs to be on the safe side). Reminder: You will need to go through security again for onward travel so keep this in mind when planning! Hope this helps!
